Outstanding service. They came within a few hours of my call. We had an electrical issue and needed an outlet that caught fire fixed. They were friendly and professional and explained each step so I knew what was taking place. Highly recommend.

Wagner came to my home to service my air conditioning unit, and the technician caused a massive flood in my attic. While I was working in my office, I heard water dripping. When I went upstairs, I found my ceiling heavily flooded, forming cracks quickly, and water was leaking through antique ceiling features.
The technician only had a small bucket and cloth, trying to soak up gallons of water. I grabbed towels and blankets and handed them to him while urging him to address the leak. I immediately called Wagner to report the situation. Their response was dismissive and rude.
Eventually, they did take some action, hiring a company to run blowers in my attic for several days. However, the water had already caused widespread damage—cracks, possible mold, and ongoing structural concerns throughout my home.
Despite dozens of calls, Wagner has not returned calls regarding repairs. When Greg, the general manager, finally called, he said their insurance company would contact me—and admitted he wasn’t even aware of the problem. That was weeks ago. I continue to call daily, but they show no concern for the tens of thousands of dollars in damage to my home.
I strongly caution anyone considering Wagner for home work—do not risk your property or peace of mind.
⚠️ Consumer Warning ⚠️
I want to warn others about my experience with Wagner. After their technician caused significant water damage to my home, they offered empty apologies but no real help.
When I tried to follow up, I was told the matter had been sent to “corporate and legal” and then hung up on. After contacting the Better Business Bureau, I learned:
Wagner has been sold and is no longer BBB accredited as of August.
They have a long list of complaints from other consumers.
The BBB recommended filing a complaint with the Attorney General.
This company does not stand behind its work and refuses to take responsibility. Please think carefully before allowing Wagner to do any work in your home.
I still have not heard back. Today, I filed a complaint with the New Mexico Department of Justice. Obviously, Wagner does not care about the damage only their wallets. What they forget is that the damages they cause are in people's homes.
