Terrible service. They only gave me half of what I payed for and when I asked for the items they forgot to put in my bag, the worker looked at me like I had a problem. And they did not make my order right at all. I've been here multiple times and always have the same problem. Do not go here if you want what you paid for. Sloppy food and sloppy service. Just being honest.

As a customer requesting services it is most likely an exceptional company. However they need better transportation for employees and also compensation for those employees using personal vehicles to and from assignments. Fair mileage compensation and paid travel time would also be appreciated.

I went in to ask if they were hiring the front desk girl said they actually had a full time only 1 left so she offered it to me I agreed because it was a good fit for me due to me having to manage myself with my two toddlers and older son in school, later that night the front desk girl calls me to offer me a different place because she said the other one she offered was “taken” I found it odd but I said yeah sure I’ll take it then I asked for the address to be there the next morning at 7am, she didn’t send it I called the number no answer left a voicemail and even texted she replied “who’s this” I told her who I was the reason I was texting and nothing, obviously I didn’t tell my babysitter to come watch my kids for me because I thought they just didn’t care to send the address so they didn’t need me . In the morning she texted me at 6:56am the address to be there at 7:00am to me this is so unprofessional and no communication at all how do they expect me to be there at a certain time and don’t send me the address no response at all I’ve been calling all day today leaving voicemails and still nothing, so at this point I’m so confused on why offer a job and waste my time doing all kinds of paper work for nothing when I could of went to apply somewhere else. Don’t recommend this place at all

It's so sad to see what candy has done to this company in such a short amount of time. She lacks leadership, doesn't know how to talk to employees, and is a very jealous person. They have already lost multiple accounts because of candy driving away the best manager they had. Good luck

We have used Sparkle Maintenance for quite a few years. Currently our cleaning has been consistent. Their pricing has remained competitive. They are easy to work with when any problems may arise.

We had $100 petty cash taken out of a drawer during the night hours. Contacted the building management who spoke with Sparkle. Nothing resolved. The cleaning person claimed someone else was in the office with her when I was the last person to leave. Terrible. Not even a word from Sparkle themselves to help resolve the issue.

9/21/2018 Update: Sparkle management came in and talked about the incident. They acknowledged that they did an investigation on their part and apologized for any issue this caused the business. They seemed very responsive and wanted to make amends for the incident. The money was still a bust, but it was nice to be able to speak to the company themselves to have peace of mind and also have a direct line of communication with the cleaning staff. I really appreciate the professionalism they displayed.

We have used a different cleaning company for a long time and had constant issues. We started using sparkle and I didn't even know our sinks could be that clean. The staff is very responsive and is in constant contact with us to ensure they are doing a good job and we aren't having issues. They encourage feedback and are a true partner with our business. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a great cleaning company.

Sparkle has been cleaning our office since 2013 and has always done a great job! I have had very few complaints from staff members, but when I have had them, Sparkle has gone above and beyond to ensure that my staff are happy with their cleaning service by addressing the issue immediately. The company I work for has used Sparkle Maintenance for as long as I can remember. They do such a magnificent job keeping our place shiny and clean. Donna, who is the lady that cleans our office is the best. She goes over and above her duties. We are so very happy with our service with Sparkle.
