received a lovely compliment just yesterday. Today Danny took extra time to look at my mature trees and bushes that are suffering from heat and other problems. His on the spot solution will help save them. Please let him know how much I appreciate him!

I have been very pleased with the health of our trees since treatment began this year. TruGreen's advanced notification of their pending treatments has permitted me to keep our cats indoors while treatment is about to take place. I also appreciate their advice on further care of our trees.

This is the most waste of money. They did nothing for my lawn and should be turned in to the BBB for fraud. Don’t get sucked in to their scam. Forget about satisfaction guaranteed. It’s not!

Non-existent customer service. I paid $500 upfront for the year for my lawn treatment in NM and I was given a specific day. I have called since twice to add note that I would like to be present for my first service. I learned later on that my appointment was never scheduled for the date I was promised. I m canceling the service today. be aware no customer service, no call back no escalation
We cannot even reach the local branch. Be aware this is ridiculous

UPDATE. **** see below. Have been using TruGreen for many years. They came for a regular service on my lawn. It didn’t look good so they came back and put revive on at no charge. Four days later my lawn started turning brown. Customer service will not call me back after 10 business days. my total front yard is gone. No way to treat customers.*****corporate stepped in and worked out a deal to pay for the damages done by local TRUGREEN company. Local company doesn’t seem to have any authority to make decisions. 👍👍👍

Danny does a good job of calling us and letting us know what is being done (or needed) to keep our grass and trees / bushes healthy.

I had some TruGreen sales reps come to my house and after seeing my yard said they could take care of the weeds and that in 30 days or less I would see a significant improvement. That I would be "hosting bbq's" at the 30 day mark. And quoted me something like $40 for the first treatment and then $60 from there on out.

I took them at their word and signed up for their service. They also told me when I signed up that on the first visit I didn't have to be home to just mark what I wanted with Orange flagging tape (which I did). Well the day of the first appointment came up and I get a notice on my phone via the app that I was skipped (due to not being home). I called and they had the service tech call me and he came back to the house.

He did the job and again told me I should see improvements within 30-45 days. That anything knee high roughly or under would die and then blow away and anything above roughly knee high I would have to pull.

After about 35 days I the weeds that where no dead had died but showed no signs of doing what he said, but I let it go, I started to pull the weeds at where at my knees and higher as told. At the 40 day mark nothing else had changed so I called them and they sent someone else out.

When he got here the weather would not let him proceed with the service and he got it put back on the schedule. They next lady that came out did a treatment and again told me in 30-45 days I would see improvement.

So i waited again about 35 days after the service nothing was changing. By this time it was time for my next regular service anyway so they came out, did the service again, and again i waited, while waiting I received a bill for $102.42 which is no where near the price quoted.

I called them and pretty much got a oh well attitude and that they wouldn't do it for that price. Well I waited to see if there would be any improvements and there was not at 45 days in. I cancelled the service and for the cost of a refill of my propane tank took a propane torch and had it cleared in a few hours.

I would not recommend their services to my worst enemy.

I got railroaded into giving them my payment information and they promised someone would come to do an assessment of the issues in my yard before starting service. It never happened. Instead, I got a text stating they were scheduled to spray and it was not a convenient day or time for me. I called again and asked for an arborist to come to my home to assess the problems and they never showed up at the agreed upon time. So I called back and they reprimanded me on the phone, stating I had the times wrong, which I did not! I canceled the whole thing immediately. This company doesn't understand customer service. There is no way to speak to someone locally on the phone. You might as well go over to their office, if you can get in, and try to speak to someone there. I don't believe this company has good ethics. And from what reviewers have said here, they ruin your lawn and trees. Don't bother with these people.

Been using the service for about a year an half and this spring I’ve had more weeds than ever pop up so I called them because they speak so highly about there guarantee. To me spraying quarterly should have brought back less weeds than my neighbors so I called and they charged me and I was ok with that but I did give them a 7 out 10 for there personal survey they emailed me . This morning I get a call from a very rude person who works there who was verbally upset that I gave them a 7 . I told her that a person who gets sprayed quarterly shouldn't have these many weeds and she said I can send someone to respray but I told her you just sprayed two weeks ago this doesn’t help me because I don’t know how well that last spray is going to work . What would help is if you discounted or guaranteed your service fully. She was very rude and condescending the whole time . I asked for her supervisors name and number and she gave the name and email but wouldn’t give the number so I told her instead cancel all future services I am done with trugeeen

I appreciate the help of Thomas at TruGreen. This was the first appointment to my house. He evaluated my grass needs in detail and applied what my yard needs for fertilizing to green up, weed control, and soil enhancement. Thank you!

I have been totally pleased the service I have received from TruGreen for the past few months. My lawn looks amazing. I love the recommendations given to me at each visit. The gentleman that have provided services have all been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend TruGreen!

i understand getting the job quickly, but that should mean a methodical but well done job. Instead i got a guy who showed up and quickly began spraying while missing most of the plants. We have more than 100 plants in our yard and he supposably was able to complete it in no more than 10 minutes from the time he arrived to the time he drove away. I believe that he is indicative of this companies work ethic. I believe TrueGreen services should be avoided unless you like being treated poorly for high prices.

Save your money and time and go with a different provider. I have had their service for years and to get them to treat issues is hard to do. I have had the weed control on areas other the grass and they spray and say to wait 21 days. By the time you call back 21 days later it takes up to 3 weeks to get serviced by that time it’s your next scheduled appointment. On the grass, it looks good at first but same things, weeds come in, Grubbs come in and when you call for issues you will never get a manager or regional manager to come out. When technicians come out they do the same old song and dance about not enough water, too much water, our chemicals have changed or just reseed. What are we paying for?
