Walmart Garden Center

I had an incredibly unprofessional experience at the Money Center yesterday with a manager named Jerry. After driving across town following a long hospital stay, we attempted to cash a check—a service we have used at this location many times without issue.
Jerry looked at the check once and immediately denied it. When we asked for a reason or if he could simply run it through the terminal to verify it, he refused. He also claimed he was the only manager on duty and that no one else could assist us. This was clearly untrue, as I was able to reach a different manager by phone immediately after leaving the store.
Walmart’s own Statement of Ethics emphasizes "Respect for the Individual" and "Service to the Customer," yet Jerry’s behavior felt biased and discriminatory. It appeared he made a snap judgment based on personal appearance (face tattoos) rather than following standard financial procedures.
While the manager I spoke with on the phone took my complaint, the level of indifference toward Jerry’s dishonesty and lack of helpfulness was disappointing. Jerry made an already difficult day much harder. I expected a much higher standard of professional conduct and basic transparency.

Very very low on plants..not like I've ever seen..strange

Most of the plants were dry as heck but very healthy still the 3 we got were in excellent shape and all they needed was a little drink and the perked right up. All in all very satisfied no lines and very fast service A+ from me
