Don't hire this place, their workers are dangerous drivers.
On Candelaria yesterday and the guy wouldn't pull over for an ambulance and firetruck that had full lights and sirens going, just stayed in the left lane blocking them until they went around him. I hope someone smileys ambulances when it's his family in need, see how it feels.

I was driving home when a truck started tailgating me when I was driving speed limit, This truck was really close to my car he did this for about 10 min because it was only a one way road on a 45 mph. When he had the chance to drive by pass me he flip me off and speed up to 70 mph on a 45. It was very scary especially because I had my kids with me. What is wrong with this person? Are this the type of people this company hires? Road rage is very serious and scary putting people at risk. My daughter was able to take a picture of the truck that did all of this and put us in a scary moment.

Definitely is a trend to hire dangerous, road-raged drivers! Very dangerous behind the wheel.

if I could give this company no star I would I live a cayon crest apartment with no air condition it the 4th time it went out that not a very good business for that you guys have technician they r not very good they like to sit in truck just texting n chillin n don't work for 3/4 of the day

Travers did maintenance for our HVAC in the office we leased downtown. Any time we had a problem, they were quick to respond and always found a solution.

Worst HVAC company in NM. No accountability. Overcharged us, blamed us for it. We had to spend six hours reconciling their duplicate charges to prove we'd paid them - months ago! Run!

Had Travers come and replace a heater gas valve in one of my units and when we got the bill for the job done.. It was 1300 dollars we inquired about the total and they said it was cause the tech got the wrong gas valve from the parts house and that he had to go back to get the right one after he tried to install the wrong one and said that the 2 hour charge to get the right one was charged to us so it took 6 hours to install a new gas valve instead of 3 hours.. I have exchanged many in my life and it takes me about 2 to 3 hours to do it right.. Why should I be charge for a tech not checking his part before leaving the parts house.. Very unprofessional way of up charging your customers.. Also I talked to Chad the Heating and Cooling supervisor and he said he would take a look at the invoice and see what took so long and adjust the amount of the bill.. Well he looked at it and said it was all good and that he was not going to adjust anything.. almost 1400 to change out a heater gas valve that is right in front of the heating system.. When they only charge 1100 to change out a complete water heater.. Well it’s easy to see we will not be using Travers anymore..

Im a resident at the Chateau Apartments. The hot water heaters they provided doesn't work at all. They don't not want to repair the problems. So me and other residents have been without hot water. My community manger and maintenance man is doing everything they can to help us. But it's hard when company is not on time for appointments and not fixing the problems the first time. Horrible company and service.

Driver from this company hit my car and then just left. My wife contacted the company after a witness told her what happened. Spoke to Hector and was told they would help pay for the damage and assist in the repair only then to be ghosted. Now I’m left with damage to my car due to a poor driver on their end.
