Alex Roofing repaired a leak in patio area in Nov.2018. "One year
warranty" was written on receipt. I called Alex in early 2019 to inspect the
work done by 2 of his employees as it still leaked when it rained.
I called 2 times, left messages, e-mailed his office and got no reply.
The warranty was useless as I was unable to reach anyone there.

I regularly recommend Alex to my clients as a roofer to interview. He has consistently done a great job and I have always been able to count on him to stand behind his work. I trust him enough that I use him on my personal properties as well. I most often rely on him for roof work, but he has done other things for me as well since he's a full service GC. I have no trouble feeling confident when I give out his information as a recommendation.

Put roof on 9 years earlier with 10 year warrantee. Charged $ 2,500 for caulk maintenance.. Said it would take all day with many workers but only worked 2 hours for this extraordinary amount of money. I was really ripped off.

By buying this house I had to agree to have contractors that the previous owner got bids on to fix the roof and other repairs. I was not happy with this, because I have people whom I've worked with for years who I trust to do the job perfectly. Anyway, I had no choice if I wanted to buy the house. I was SOOOOO lucky that the previous owner chose Alex's Roofing. They were incredibly professional, and we managed communication while I was overseas. The reason I know they did a perfect job was because my people came to inspect the house afterwards, and they told me that they could not have done a better job, that Alex did a better job then they could have done. Alex and his team were also very patient with me in their communication and flexibility with timing and special order skylights, etc. I enthusiastically recommend Alex's Roofing. They are affordable and maybe provide the best quality roofing repair/installation in ABQ. They are honest, flexible and fair and deliver as promised. Thanks Alex and team!

Billed after only half the work completed, skylights not properly insulated, repeatedly pointed out areas of concern and they were ignored. Owner failed to show up and did not contact me on a day a I took off from work, crew left trash all over roof. Could never get anyone to respond on phone, but have a long list of emails with complaints. Took over a year to try and get repairs done properly and I finally just gave up. Areas over porch still have same leaks that I pointed out three separate times to Alex. I have a long list of issues and will never let this company on my property again.

Guy driving work truck was driving very aggressive and had papers flying out of his truck - tailgating, speeding down Northern. Based off of that, I would not recommend or even consider using them. Go with futuristic roofing - much more professional.

Alex and team gave us a competitive quote for a full roof replacement with TPO. The office staff is excellent, very professional and responsive. They were able to accommodate our request to quickly fit the work into their schedule. The crew showed up on time, did an excellent job, and left the worksite clean. It was a pleasure dealing with them, they did quality work at a reasonable price.

7am they started tearing off the old shingles on the house, inspected everything, fixed what needed fixed, and here it is almost 3pm, and they almost finished. All new singles and underlayment. Of course they had 9 people one the job, very organized and experienced I what I seen.

I have been using Alex Roofing for over ten years. Recently Alex did an inspection and followed up with warranty work and roof repairs. The crew showed up when promised, and worked together to finish all of work required. Even cleaning my skylights and did a nice job cleaning the worksite. The office staff are the best. They kept me informed, explained the process and answered all of my questions. Thanks again for a job well done!

I signed one piece of paper and they handled the rest with the insurance company....thank you so much guys....especially you Oscar....you guys were amazing!!

Currently doing a wage claim because this business can't pay two single days of work. This review is legit and there's the proof . I am not going to look for y'all and chase my money I'll take this review off when a check is mailed to my address or settled in civil court so don't even try to disregard this. This company is a SCAM is doing shady business. The law will eventually catch up to you people

I LOVED working with 4 Seasons for my new roof. The guys are such hard workers and dealt with a weather event in the middle of the job. I am looking forward to working with them on other projects including some stucco repair and re-roofing my shed.

Estimator, Jayme, was able to beat another company’s quote. They showed up on time and were efficient. The gutters look great!
I highly recommend working with Jayme. She’s great to work with! Jayme was also able to provide some ideas on landscaping my backyard.

John and Jayme Morillo oversaw installation of gutters in my new home . They then developed a landscaping plan and oversaw construction. Lovely! They took me to purchase plants and gave me lots of options for rock and mulch. During construction, they visited several times a day. I could not be happier with their work.

I hired 4 seasons for my backyard work to install artificial turf and gravel work. They took half of the amount in advance and started work for 2 days and all of a sudden they disappeared and never responded to finish the gravel and turf work. I tried calling daily but they didn’t respond to my calls. Turf work was not even started. I strongly recommend not to hire these highly unprofessional guys. They are like scamming the public.

My neighbor got a new roof installed by 4 Seasons. I got a yard full of water bottles, trash, asphalt and over 50 nails in my rocks just waiting to hurt my dogs. I called the estimator who promised it would all be cleaned up and then tried to get my business. I have had to get a roller magnet and have been sweeping my yard for a week and still getting nails.

I understand roofing is a messy business, but I will never do business with a company with so little regard for the people they impact. And I would recommend you look elsewhere too.

Fixed my roof leak when others wouldn’t even show up. Never leaked since.

I had a leak in my Canalis and they came and fixed my roof quickly and with quality work and gave me peace of mind that I dont have to worry about it for years

I would not recommend anybody to use this service company. As a potentially new customer that was flexible on when they could come to give an estimate And even okayed for them to be running late multiple times they have still yet to show up. At one point at 11:30 AM one person said he was minutes away. Couple minutes later the same person now said that they were an hour away and now it’s been four hours and we’ve yet to see anybody. We actually got a hold of another company after 1130 and they got here before the original company that we scheduled two days ago. It’s really sad that all we needed was just a little communication but after two or three calls and no answer I find it very hard to use this company or think that they were good in anyway.

I had a re-roof job and Delgado’s price was the best out of all the estimates we got. The guys were clean and professional. So good, I had them do another job for me.

Jose kept in touch and was very punctual as to when he said he would be at our house. Did a great job with our leaky roof, and explained exactly what caused the issue, and how they fixed it. I recommend Delgados to friends and family alike.
