I recently needed roof replacement, and spoke with Justin Karler about my options. He was responsive, professional and insightful through the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality and speed they provided. I didn't know it was possible to have my roof replaced within 2 days - as everybody else told me it was 1-2 weeks of me having to park on the street. If I ever need another roof replaced, Justin will be my one and only call.

After receiving multiple estimates (roof leak) I decided on Altitude Roofing and couldn’t be more pleased. Comparing apples to apples (reputable company offering a comprehensive, long term repair vs a quick, cheap fix) I went with the company that separated itself with excellent customer service. Specifically, Jennifer Klenk was a superstar from the get go. She listened and addressed every concern from price to scheduling with her amazing attitude, communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction. Living in rural Eastern New Mexico there are limited qualified companies to do roof repair. I reached out to Debbie at Altitude Roofing and after explaining the situation, she advised me her company would be able to replace my wind damaged roof.

Although the process seemed long, it went very smooth, considering the need to deal with a county's permit process.

The crew at Altitude went above and beyond, from on site visits to get exact measurements, follow up phone calls when I had questions on the weekend and explaining what to expect when the crew arrived on scene.

The replacement work was done quickly and professionally. The work crew completed the job in a day and had the removed material cleaned up and there was not a sign they had been there beyond a new roof on my house.

Had to have my roof repaired. They contacted me quickly, got me a quote, and fixed it fast. Extremely professional! My nit-picking complaint is they need a sign on their truck or hats with their logo so we know it's them. They were amazing!

I have been absolutely thrilled with my experience with Altitude. I found out about them thru a referral from another client who is a co-worker of mine, the best referral ever! They have made getting a new roof incredibly easy on my end, dealing with my insurance and securing approval from them. Not having to pay for a new roof out of pocket was a huge concern for me that they were able to negate. I wasn't able to be home for the bulk of the day, but was able to stop in mid-day to check in. Alex, one of the owners, was on site and able to answer any and all questions I had. I came home to a yard that was cleaner than when I left it in the morning. Their customer service is incredible, and they have been amazing from start to finish! I would highly recommend them!

Altitude Roofing did an amazing job on our partial roof replacement. The difference in quality from our last roof to the work Altitude did is astounding. Our roof was only 2 years old when it started leaking and the previous installer kept fixing it. But it kept leaking no matter what he did. Altitude saved the day. We haven’t had a problem since they installed. And it was pretty fast, less than a day to install! Highly recommend. Justin K was outstanding and kept us up to date throughout the whole process.

Everyone from the inspection, office staff, and installers were excellent. We had gutters installed, and shingles redone on part of the roof. The installers found additional damage that required more time but we were not charged for the extra work and time. They cleaned up ever and all were pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Altitude Roofing is truly amazing. From the first day I called Debbie to the day the roof was installed the service. She explained every detail of how roof and other materials would be installed. I love the color!

Had a great all around experience with Altitude. Used Altitude to have seamless gutters installed and also have a few repairs completed on my metal roof. Kyler arrived the same day I called and provided a detailed report including photos of areas needing to be repaired and a drone map detailing the gutter layout. Jennifer was also extremely helpful explaining the process and stopping by my house to provide a color swatch and pick up payment. Loved that they had numerous colors to choose from. Gustavo and the installation crew were also professional, fast, and confirmed the gutter and downspout locations before they started. I'd definitely recommend anyone to use Altitude.

Fantastic communication, workmanship, and follow through! They replaced my shingles a year ago and the experience was stress free and they cleaned everything up after. After this service they came back and performed a very thorough inspection for another part of my roof with zero pressure to sell me something I didn’t need. Altitude Roofing is a phenomenal company! Customer service is their number one concern. Everyone goes above and beyond. They were all with me every step of the way including dealing with the insurance company which can be very difficult. We had an excellent experience working with everyone from the Altitude Roofing Team! Deb took the time to work through the insurance claim process with us, and answered any questions day or night. Kyler and Alex were also really great to work with, and communicated well throughout the process. We referred this company to 4 other friends and neighbors, 3 of which also went through the process and had a similar experience. We had the work completed 1 week before a wedding event being hosted at our house… The team went to great lengths to ensure everything was cleaned up and ready to go. The Blonde Roofing Lady

About a year ago, two women stopped by my home and rang the doorbell. When I opened the door, one of them said she just wanted to leave her contact information and let me know she could help with my roofing needs whenever I was ready.

I normally do not answer the door for strangers, but for some reason I answered that day. I immediately liked her. She was not pushy at all. I put her card in my work bag and went on with my evening.

A year later, when I actually needed roofing help, I went looking for her card and realized it was gone. For some reason, I felt strongly that I wanted her expertise during what I knew would be a stressful process.

So I went to Google and searched “The Blonde Roofing Lady,” and she was the first person who came up under Altitude Roofing. I sent my information on their contact page, and from that moment on, it has been such a pleasure working with this company. First impressions matter to me, and Debbie absolutely sets the tone. She walked me through everything from my claim, inspection, and shingle selection. She even went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable at the office when she thought my husband and I arrived together and he had to leave, leaving me without a ride. We had a good laugh when she realized I had my own car the whole time.

Bennie was incredibly reliable throughout the process. He showed up with Debbie for my adjuster meeting, stayed in contact with me, answered questions along the way, and made sure I received all of my receipts and detailed photos of the finished roof. His communication and follow-through gave me a lot of peace of mind.

I am sure this level of care is standard practice for your team, but it truly felt like you went above and beyond during a very stressful time.

My roof was completed in about eight hours. The crew was extremely professional and left no materials behind. They walked my property multiple times to pick up debris, which I especially appreciated because I have dogs who love to eat random things.
