Pleased from every angle with our decision to sign a PV panel installation contract with Experienced Solar. Communication with Brandon and Mike is direct, consistent, proactive and informative. That is to say, it’s a pleasure to spend time in their low-key yet expert company while undergoing a process we took two decades to get underway. Their nimble responsiveness will never be forgotten. Experienced Solar is the best solar company in New Mexico. I needed my system serviced but the original manufacturer and installer are both out of business. Mike & Brandon at Experienced Solar were great to work with. We approached them about installation on our home and they never tried to hard sell us. They answered all our questions, showed us their facility and the products they work with. When we felt ready they designed our array & layout and took care all the permitting and inspections. The crew was top notch, friendly and did clean, neat work! They check in with us occasionally to see how we’re doing and to update us on the efficacy of our system. We just completed our first full year having solar and love the results and cost savings we’re achieving. Our E bills were pushing $300 a month and now we pay about $11!

Experienced Solar was a pleasure to work with. Brandon and the install staff were very professional, knew their stuff, and were willing to make the trek to our house outside of Mountainair. The project went quickly. Our system, solar with battery backup, was up and running in less than two weeks. We were delighted when the State inspector said that it was a very good install. Brandon even filled out the paperwork necessary to get the NM State Solar rebate which turned out to be $4200. Thanks Brandon, and crew!

From start to finish, this company delivered an outstanding experience, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Our home presented significant challenges due to a very unique roof design, and unlike every other company we contacted, they were willing to engage with the complexity rather than walk away. In fact, no other company would even attempt to help us once they saw the roof — but this team leaned in.
I want to specifically recognize Brandon from the sales team and Michael, the owner, who were both exceptional in their willingness to take on this challenge. From the very beginning, they listened carefully, understood what made our home different, and committed to finding a solution rather than pushing a standard approach. That attitude alone set them apart.
They went far beyond a typical installation by designing and building a fully custom solar racking system tailored specifically to our roof and our requirements. Even more impressively, they took extraordinary care to ensure that the racking did not penetrate through to the ceiling of our roof, preserving both the structural integrity and the architectural intent of the home.
Our house is an architecturally significant Arthur Dekker design, and it was clear they respected that. They took the time to thoughtfully accommodate the architecture instead of forcing a cookie-cutter solution — something we deeply appreciated.
The installation team — Ty, Kevin, and Evan — were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly skilled, professional, and detail-oriented, and without exaggeration, the hardest-working crew I have ever seen. Watching them work, it was obvious they truly knew what they were doing and took pride in their craftsmanship.
