Very impressed with the services we received. Everyone was so kind and informative, most of all super thorough! The team went above and beyond, special thanks to Miguel, Micheal, Jesus, Q, Xyac, and Kevin. There were others who came each day with Michael and Miguel...they were awesome too!

We have used Stop Restoration twice and both times they did not disappoint. The owner contacted us immediately after our agent got in touch with him regarding the flood in our kitchen (both times). He had a crew on the job quickly, and both times they were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, explanative, communicative, and friendly. They did a great job the first time cleaning up our soppy mess, and attacking the mold issue behind our cabinets, and setting up fans to dry out everything, and recently, testing our walls for water saturation, and drilling holes on the bottom of our cabinets to dry them out from the ground up before mold could set through. Which I thought was pretty cool. I loved how they were willing to work with us through the process. Thank you all for the great work! I definitely will use again if I need to, and highly recommend.

Miguel and Dustin with STOP were great. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Miguel kept us updated every step of the process with our mold remediation! He was very thorough!

The best of the best restoration company in the state by far, we recently had a massive water leak in our dining room right before Christmas and after I spoke with Keegan he had a team out there within an hour to address this situation and got everything taken care of for us along the way provide the best services for us even working with our work schedule to complete the tasks as needed on a daily basis I truly appreciate everything that they have done for me and my family may the Lord bless them all over at Stop restoration of ABQ. 🙌🙌

Michael and Miguel came and removed an asbestos pipe for me . They were true professionals, worked efficiently and carefully to get the job done . I very much appreciate the efficiency and how thorough they were in order to keep everyone in my household safe.Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from StopRestoration! The containment removal was originally scheduled for tomorrow, but Michael and Miguel, who were heading to another job in Grants, reached out to see if I’d like it done a day early. I jumped at the chance—yes, yes, yes! It was such a thoughtful gesture and really helped keep my project on track.
Everyone who worked on the job site was excellent: professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any similar work—top-notch team all around!

We hired STOP to help with an apt clean out that included some biohazard cleaning. The company was very responsive. Zach, the project manager, kept us apprised at every step of the process. The young men handling the cleanout, both Ethans, did an excellent job. The project was costly but STOP provided first rate service in a time sensitive situation. Zach worked with us to bring the scope of the project down and thereby save some money.

Stop restoration came out quickly to evaluate the situation and began water removal, installing fans and making sure we were comfortable with everything right away. All of the crew that came out everyday to make sure the process ran smoothly and efficiently were friendly and curtious. We were always notified at each visit the time they would be out the next day or over the weekend. We are very pleased with the process and the timely manner they took. Thanks to Kevin, Ethan, Miguel, Jose, and others whose names I may have forgotten.

We had major water damage from a sewer pipe that was broken and Chris, Manuel and Nicholas were just the greatest guys on time doing the work going up in the little passageway where the pipe was broken it was just a great great job these guys were just the best guys thank you so much I recommend them highly

Not happy. Watch out, fir construction costs they wanna gouge the customer for labor costs. $13k to tile 2 bedrooms & a living room. The insurance is paying but not if you want to upgrade. If you do, they give you this humongous estimate to change. We stated at $5k now $13k … it’s ridiculous!!

I had excellent customer service experience through Emily the office lady. She helped answer any question I had and directed me to Ryan for any further questions I had about molding.

To have a business you contact in a time of great stress, decide you are not worth following up with day after day is horrible. This company neglected to show up twice after promising to "making it like it didn't happen". I fired them and the company I hired to finish the job found water everywhere servpro stated was dry. Stay away unless you want frustration and a job incomplete.

this company is a joke. The problem that I had started with four months ago was with the washing machine and after four months of putting up with constant delays and miss appointments, the person who installed my washer, finished it off with duct tape and two drops of liquid concrete and said that’ll do the job
