I can't say enough goid things about High Plains Plumbing and Heating! They came when they said they would and were able to do the job right then, instead of just giving a quote. They were efficient and professional. And very reasonable in their prices. We have found our go to plumber! Highly recommend.

My mother called and made an appointment for 11 AM on Tuesday. She didn't hear anything so she called around noon. He stated he forgot. Then she told him he could come later in the day. He didn't come. She discussed the next day on Wednesday that 11 AM would be fine. 40 mins past we didn't hear anything. I don't understand why it's so hard to show up when you say you are going to, and why there is such a lack of communication. Just tell people that you can't make it, reschedule and stick to what you say. We now have to call someone else when we have a leak and we are having to wait longer.
