Just bought this home and had them out here. The second time they used a camera and the battery died and didnt show back up or call. DON'T USE THIS FLACKY COMPANY!!!!!!

Affordable Plumbing has great staff and great service! They've taken care of us on various occasions and have always done a wonderful job!

I always use Affordable Plumbing when ever I need them they always answer the phone and I can get an appointment quickly and they do a great job.

Repairman never showed up, claims he did waited and waited, i was home , claims he left a notice , called and i had no calls, there was no notice on gate or front door, he either never came and said he did. Or he went to the wrong house. Second time I have had bad service this year, and I NEVER did before, perhaps time for a change.

My experience hasn't been good. I've tried and tried to get this company to make a purchase that only lasted 1 year right. They constantly tell me they are going to get back to me and don't. I am SOOOOO NOT HAPPY with Affordable Plumbing.

Caleb called to let us know he was on his way. Excellent customer service. Before and after picture of job. Highly recommend!! Cleared main drainage line.

Called and set up an appointment and they never showed up. I called second to ask if they were going to show up, she would follow up with plumber ,but never called back to tell me anything! I took the afternoon to get the work done. Waste of my time!!!

A bunch of liars. Technician came out and told me he was supposed to clean the pilot and said he didn’t but it should be good because he reset it. He said if the water heater didn’t work to call him as they were open 24/7. I called several times for the next two days because I had to hot water and nobody answered. Finally made contact and was told they would be out by 7 pm. By 730 nobody showed up and I called again and all I got was lip service and told a technician would be at my home by 730-8. Had to call off work and here it is 908 and still no technician. Called and was told they would be here in ten minutes that was 12 minutes ago and still nobody is here.

Life changing. In a bad way. Only one man whose name I have forgotten. He not only flushed a black glove down my toilet and blamed it on me. He also broke our brand new toilet with his auger. Said he was coming back. He never did. We have like a partial toilet and use our neighbors in emergencies. He came to "help" our neighbors today and I hope for their sake, he fixed it. Also had an older guy with him who was way more friendly and seemed more educated

Horrible company.... Patrick was send out to do a flush on a water heater....all he did was put the water hose to the water heater and let my water run out....nothing was flushed out....the sediment was still inside the water heater which has since then caused it to go bad and replaced with a new one....the company is just awful and doesn't respect any clients concerns....I will never call this company for any plumbing service again....the pictures shown are a month and half later....this should have never been inside after the flush.... Patrick clearly does not know how to work on any water heater....NEVER AGAIN....
UPDATE:
I did not get my water heater installed for free....I am being charged $2,100 for this whole thing....this could have been avoided had Patrick done the correct job and would have noticed there was an issue with the water heater....period....i could have handled the situation from there....the water heater mind you was working find before the flush....he did not do any of that at all....he didn't even flush the sediment out at all....this is not a free job....if this was free the invoice you sent me would be zero which you failed to admit here on this review....you would also pay your employee who took the time to tell me the other guys did a crap job....instead you are trying to cash in on whatever he did....which is ethically wrong period....for $300 bucks I could have hooked up my own water hose to the water heater and called it a day....what Patrick did was not worth paying $300 bucks....period....

SEND AN UPDATED INVOICE THAT STATES $0.00 TO PROVE THIS JOB WAS DONE FOR FREE....AND I WILL RE RATE YOUR COMPANY AND TAKE OFF ANY COMPLAINT ELSEWHERE....

Affordable plumbing did not provide quality service but they said we were up to code. They didn't connect washer pipes. A lot of the work was NOT done right. There were leaks everywhere on the work they said was done. When I called them. She was rude and wanted $99 more to come to evaluate their own work. I would never recommend using Affordable Plumbing for anything.

Super professional, on time and knowledge. Had some water backed up on our first floor, called Affordable Plumbing gave them my information, within 1 hr I got a call from the technician letting me know he was finishing up a job and heading over. I appreciate the communication, Caleb was super professional and explained the issue, would highly recommend!!

Please look else where for your plumbing needs. Affordable Plumbing is a rip off. Had them out to replace water pressure regulator (prv), took the guy 5.5 hours to install the valve. He had to make 3 trips to the part store for what I do not know, yes once to get the valve I can see but the rest come on now. Should have some basic parts on the service truck like pvc and glue but not this guy. So his lack of skill set was passed unto me in 5.5 hours of labor @$100 per hour. It was a 2.5 hour job at most. Also was charged $420 for the valve which you can buy anywhere for about $150. When I asked the worker (can't call him a plumber or anything close) what happened he just laughed at me and said sorry and walked out without even showing the bill on his I Pad. I had to call him back to show me the charges. He promised the owner would call me next day and work out something with the labor charges and admitted the 5.5 hrs was too much. Which never happened. I was given a runaround where or who I could talk to. He is out or then he was on vacation and now he won't be back to after Christmas. Really!! They have no problem misleading you at Affordable Plumbing or as we once said- lying to you. Shame on them and please be aware of their practices.

Efrain from Affordable Plumping in Las Cruces did a wonderful job for us. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. He is very knowledgable, and fixed the problem quickly.
