Jamin/Theatricks AV did a great job selling/installing my 'bucket list audio upgrade'. He sold me exactly what I needed to upgrade my sound system; a new Onkyo TX-SR30 plus Klipsch Dolby Atmos speakers. I've been waiting several years to manage this transaction and I'm glad I did. Prices were on par with online retail sellers but the service/installation were excellent; Jamin provided the expertise I needed and all work was done on time and on budget.

In a word, awesome! Here's my story.
I bought a house with a out building that was used as a hobby garage. It was serviced with a metal armilite conduit with 12 ga wire and it was powering a minisplit a/c unit, multiple outlets, and a pool motor with 220VAC.
L-E Electric was 1 of 3 contractors I called, but when Paul showed up, he talked the talk. This man has Watt's Law running through his veins.
His crew Rick, Eric, and George came out within 10 days and had a solution for me for both short and long term.
I would recommend L-E Electric with 5 stars. This crew was amazing. You will not regret hiring Paul and his crew.

Had a problem with the appointment scheduling. Had an appointment on a Monday, and they did not show up until Wednesday after 1:00 p.m. The receptionist told me my appointment window was from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. she does not communicate with you and tell you what's going on. I had to call the office a couple times a day to find out what's going on. But if I could give the electricians a five-star rating I would. Jeremy and Brett showed up and they were friendly, knowledgeable and they told me, what my problem was with my electrical issues. They were AWESOME GUYS. I would request Jeremy and Brett next time, if I have any more issues. They had nothing to do with my appointment mix up, that was on the office personnel. They just need to
have more lines of Communications open with the customer and let them know what's going on with their appointments.

Called with an electric issue. They were able to fit me in quickly. Johnny and Aiden came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour of me calling. Fixed it quickly. Very professional and polite. Will definitely call for their help if needed in the future.
