I had an excellent experience with this glass repair shop while I was visiting Las Cruces. I was in a tough spot with a cracked windshield on my rental car, and although they were unable to locate a replacement, they went above and beyond to help me.
They worked diligently throughout the day trying to find a solution and took the time to repair the crack to prevent it from spreading. What really stood out was their responsiveness and willingness to answer my many calls and questions. Being from out of town, I truly appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of honest and reliable service. I had a great experience with Speedy Glass. They replaced the windshield on my car, and the work was done quickly and professionally. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. In addition, Robert the manager went the extra mile and helped fix a rain sensor issue on one of my other vehicles. Great service all around - highly recommended.

The quality of the work was excellent. My windshield looks as good as new, and you can tell they take pride in doing the job right. On top of that, the entire process was quick and efficient. The checkout was fast, smooth, and handled with the same level of friendliness as when I first walked in.

I had my windshield replaced at Speedy Glass and was helped by Robbie at the front desk — she’s an absolute rockstar. Super knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and patient. She took the time to explain what was needed, including why my vehicle required calibration after replacement (first time I’ve ever had that done).

The whole process was smooth, fast, and easy, and Robbie made sure I understood everything before moving forward. You just don’t see customer service like this anymore — genuine, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!
