Hakes Brothers

We had a wonderful experience with this home builder, and Tiala was exceptional throughout the entire process. She guided us through both the construction and closing phases, kept us informed, answered our questions, and made everything feel smooth and manageable. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care gave us confidence every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for Tiala and would highly recommend her and the entire team!

A beautiful home. Nice finishes. A little awkwardly placed with regard to the homes behind us. However , very happy with the company and the people-- 5 star. We especially appreciate the quick response and communication on warranty issues. Top notch.

We live in a home in the Trails Metro area. We have nothing, but great things to say about the team that built our home. Our construction manager Tiala was attentive throughout the entire process. She took time to ease any concerns we had along the way and really made our overall experience outstanding. Dani our sales person was thoughtful and understanding of what we needed for our growing family. The customer care team has taken care of us since the day we closed our home. We love the quiet neighborhood and the neighborhood park amenities. The final cost had affordable options along with a 5 bedroom home has been the perfect place for our family! Eternally grateful for the Hakes Brothers Team!
