Our washer broke on the day before a holiday weekend. We were worried that we would be without a washer for days. We called Roy and he was at our house within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had the part in his truck. The washer was repaired quickly and the charge was extremely reasonable. We highly recommend this business.

This guy should be your go to appliance repair guy! After today, he will be my appliance repair guy! His prices are VERY FAIR!
He came out fixed my dryer and stove in about 20 minutes and he was ON TIME!
My dryer stopped working after something fell behind it. He came out and discovered that there was loose connection with electricity. Fixed it no problem. Before he came out, I was fearing the worst....that I would have to buy a new dryer.

My kitchen stove is 4 years old. Has never had the front burner working to ignite the flame. He investigated and boom, in less than 10 minutes fixed the issue. The person that installed the stove, put the orifices in the wrong burners.

I called an appliance repair company in ABQ and they wanted $190.00, up front to create a service call to Bosque Farms. No thank you.

Roy was extremely helpful, even though he couldn't actually make a service visit: I live in Socorro, about 55 mi away from his location in Los Lunas. He gave me advice over the phone for which part to test initially (and how), as well as a recommendation for next steps whether that part was the culprit or not. The whole conversation took about 60 seconds, but he was very clear and fully addressed my concern.

Roy was fantastic! Installed a new built in oven and hauled off the old one. Very knowledgeable, kind, quick, and very good pricing! Would absolutely recommend him!

Just needed an appliance professional, didn't know there was such a thing as an "LG guy". Actually having a "Maytag Guy" coming by tomorrow, he didn't seem so bothered by brand names
