Constraction reviews in Los Lunas, New Mexico

This company takes jobs and does not show up for work. We hired LA&J and Luis Sanchez for a small addition to an existing structure as well as some finishing work on our house. They want a percentage of money before they began and then do not return calls or emails. Check better business bureau information on this company, there a numerous complaints. Do not give this company your business or any of your money.

The worst decision I've ever made was letting these guys work on my house. They did an absolute garbage job, destroyed my existing property while doing the new work and trashed my yard. They also stole a $500 speaker from my house.

One of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life was allowing these clowns, especially Luis who straight up bragged about defrauding his other jobs, to work on my house. They trashed my yard, stole from my house, and made so many pathetic mistakes I would have never made if I would've just done the work for myself.

Good

Been playing there in and off for last 55 of 64 years. The course is in the best condition ever!!

ORCOM is a great company to work with. Their team is professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stand out. Highly recommend!

Correction on my post. The work was done in March 2025 not 2024.

Exceed Construction is the best! I’ve had multiple projects done with them and their work speaks for itself. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful work! My floors have never looked better. Highly recommend if you want a job done very well! 10/10

After Exceed Construction inspected my roof, they came back the very next day to complete the repairs. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were! If you need a reliable construction company, these are the people to call!

I never had a patio before, and Exceed Construction built me the perfect one! It has completely changed how I use my outdoor space. Their team was friendly, fast, and precise. I love my new patio!

I needed a durable roofing solution, and Exceed Construction installed both a TPO roof and Z-bar flashing. They took the time to explain why this was the best option for my home, and I am beyond impressed with the results. They are true professionals

Exceed Construction installed tile flooring throughout my entire home and replaced all my light fixtures. The team was extremely professional, and the new look is stunning! They were patient with my requests and ensured everything was exactly how I wanted.

Alejandro Maldonado who represents the company is dishonest and makes up lies about his competitors and uses scare tactics to influence your decision making. Unethical practices, do not trust this company

I had a really great experience with Exceed Construction. In March 2025, I had two projects that I needed completed at my home; stucco repair and grab bar installation. Brittney was amazing. She sent photos and made suggestions regarding the projects. The work was not only completed in a timely and professional manner, but they were extremely kind and compassionate towards my brother who lives in the house and is disabled. They went beyond services that were requested to make sure that my brother was accommodated and safe. I highly recommend them for their quality work and excellent customer service. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Do not recommend for shower with glass remodel! It looks good but took approx 5 months to complete with several moments where no one in the company would reach out or answer any calls. Always an excuse and was told I would get a small refund for all the troubles. I would never get updates from the company and was initially told it would only take one week. I also had stucco done which they completed in 3 days and looks good.
