Luis is not a good landscaper. I called him a few times and he never returned my calls. Then out of the blue he shows up at my house one day and says he is scheduled to give an estimate. I am the only living at my house and he didn't schedule a time with me. Anyway he gave me an estimate and said he needed to run credit card for a "pre-visit hold" I thought it was weird but I said ok because he said it would be 5% of the total job ($45) I saw a charge come through in the amount of $945. I immediately called him which he never called me back so I called the bank and filed a dispute. I am still fighting to get my money back. I may have to go to small claims court. This man is a fraud.

I hired Big and Small ladscaping this last summer. My yard was a real pain the last few years. It was correctly diagnosed as a Jungle.So, I decided to hire them to correct that. They laid down new weed fabric and added additional gravel. I had a few weeds pop up but, they came out right away to correct that. Another major plus is that I have a new gardner!

Very professional from the beginning until the end. Great job on our lawn that needed extra attention.

I made an appointment with Luis to come to my property to give me an estimate on what we need done in our front and backyard. I called to confirm morning of and he said he would be there. He no called, no showed after we cleared our schedule to accommodate him at the time he said he could be available.
Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

Luis came when he said he would, did a fantastic job on cleaning our acre of weeds, trimmed back bushes, and repaired the sprinkler head and drip line irrigation that got hit when I failed to warn him about their location. Very happy with his work and plan to hire him again!

I had Big & Small Yard Clean Up prepare three areas of my yard for seeding. The total area was probably about 3000 sq ft.. Luis and his helper arrived each day on time and thoroughly prepared the soil; tilling adding dirt raking and leveling. They seeded, raked, and covered with a thin layer of top soil. I also had three sprinkler heads changed and adjusted. Very good work, very fair price. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TRUST this “company”. I would not recommend this company for landscaping services. They are extremely slow, do not honor their word, the man “Luis” told me on two separate days that he would come out to give an estimate… never came to my house. and the overall experience was very disappointing.
If you value your time and money, I suggest looking elsewhere for reliable landscaping.

The owner came out and gave us a quote that was reasonable and fair. They just left, and I have to say the work they did was fantastic. Our backyard was COVERED with weeds. He and another worker took care of those weeds, hauled them away and then proceeded to ensure all the debris was blown into piles and picked up. I will contract with this company again. We are extremely pleased with their work and look forwarding to having a gate built.

Mr. Gonzales and his staff did a beautiful job cutting man -high weeds along an extensive fence line. Clean-up was thorough, everything was in excellent shape after they completed the job.
They also removed a colony of Spanish bayonet plants with their roots.
This is the second time I have used Big and Small Services. They are reliable all around.

I had my left knee replaced and have been unable to keep up my awesome landscaped 2 acres. Started looking like the property was abandoned. Luis was referred and rightly so. Luis and crew did an awesome job. So hard to find good help for anything anymore. Great experience from start to finish.
