Ramos Landscaping and Maintenance

I called and asked about an estimate, the lady said it was free. I also asked if she could text it to me. She then texted me saying "do you already have someone else?" Which I thought was odd but I said no. She texted me the price which only included removing the branches not cutting the wood to be used for firewood. In the long run I found another company who was way less expensive than her. I just received another text from her after I told her a couple days ago I would let her know, she messaged saying if I ever used her service again she would charge me. She also followed up with another threatening text that she would register my number and make sure to charge me and I did not even take on any business with her. I'm so glad I did not bother to use this business nor would I ever. If she does this with everyone I'm not sure how she even gets business. I'm a business owner myself, been in business for 35 years and I would never do that to my customers.

Llamé y pedí un presupuesto, la señora dijo que era gratis. También le pregunté si podía enviarme un mensaje de texto. Luego me envió un mensaje de texto diciendo "¿ya tienes a alguien más?" Lo cual pensé que era extraño, pero dije que no. Ella me envió un mensaje de texto con el precio que solo incluía quitar las ramas, no cortar la madera para usarla como leña. A la larga encontré otra empresa que era mucho menos costosa que ella. Acabo de recibir otro mensaje de ella después de que le dije hace un par de días que le avisaría, me envió un mensaje diciendo que si alguna vez volvía a usar su servicio, me cobraría. También siguió con otro mensaje de texto amenazante que registraría mi número y se aseguraría de cobrarme y ni siquiera asumí ningún negocio con ella. Estoy tan contenta de no haberme molestado en usar este negocio ni lo haría nunca. Si ella hace esto con todos, no estoy seguro de cómo consigue negocios. Yo mismo soy dueño de un negocio, he estado en el negocio durante 35 años y nunca le haría eso a mis clientes.

I am completely unsatisfied, their measurements where off and they constantly said rude comments instead of communicating like any professional would

Landscaping company was friendly and had open communication. They were ready and willing to work , patient and understanding. My yard is improved and increased in value . They also offer multiple services for quality design to anyone's home.
