HVAC reviews in Peralta, New Mexico

Great experience working with FCH excellent customer service great work always on time I will recommend them for any mechanical work

Great experience with these guys! Built an enclosed porch on our house and it came out terrific!

Fabian was easy to work with and his crews were polite, respectful and made sure we were satisfied with the work every step of the way.

Fabian and his crew were very good. Had a bathroom redone and they did an amazing job. Listened to what we wanted and needed done. They started when they said they would and finished on time. We are very happy with allof them and the job they did. Thank you!!

Excellent service! I had my swamp cooler switched out to refrigerated air. This was the best decision I ever made! I work nights and sleep during the day and my swamp cooler was not cooling my house enough and was affecting my sleep! The work was done in a timely manner. I was given an honest time frame and all of my questions about upkeep and maintenance were answered. I forgot how to change the filter when it was time.and they were nice enough to come out, do it for me, and show me how...again! The price was fair, the work was excellent, and the customer service was top notch! Everyone was respectful and professional. I highly recommend FCH! Oh yea, and I sleep like a baby now!

We had a different company install a new HVAC system for us and have had nothing but problems with it since. Fabian came out and looked at our system as was immediately able to identify the issues and offer us solutions. He got our AC back up and running mid summer and let us know how we can improve the system to avoid future issues. Even with us as new customers, he was able to come out same day and have our unit fixed quickly. He is very friendly and great at explaining the system to people who do not know HVAC. We are lucky to have found him and will use him for all our HVAC needs in the future!

I was very impressed with Fabian and his company in terms of their responsiveness and willingness to explore our issue. We had had multiple issues with our mini splits, and he talked to me on the phone and then came in to look at them. He identified the problem right away. I was very helpful. I will definitely use them again for all HVAC needs.

The entire process of changing out my swamp cooler to refrigerated air was very seamless. Great communication, timely service, clean and respectful employees, and an excellent outcome. Fabian and his team were professional and quick to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Fabian and his crew were fantastic when installing our new refrigerated air system! They were on time, had excellent communication, and went above and beyond for the project. Their work was thorough, they were very tidy, and they cut the estimated project time in half. Our system works like a charm and we can’t wait to hire them again for future jobs in our home. 12/10 recommend!

FCH Mechanical did an absolutely outstanding job building my outdoor basketball court! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work were on another level. They communicated clearly throughout the entire project, stuck to the timeline, and made sure every part of the job was done right.

The court came out better than I imagined—level, clean, durable, and built to last. They handled everything with care, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. My family is already spending tons of time out there, and it’s quickly become one of our favorite parts of the home.

FCH Mechanical/Construction is a top notch construction company. Fabian and his team worked extremely hard to build my husband and I a beautiful family room addition and outdoor patio. Fabian assured us that the construction would be done in a timely manner and he kept his promise. He paid attention to the little details that I wanted done and he and his team were extremely professional. My husband and I will definitely use Fabian and his team for future projects and we highly recommend him to anyone building a new home, room addition, outdoor patio, or are in need of a spilt air unit or new air conditioning system. Call Fabian Castillo for any of your construction needs. You won't be disappointed,
Sincerely Patricia Jaramillo

FCH Mechanical is an outstanding company. They not only specialize in HVAC and Mechanical but they also specialize in custom construction and fabrication. The pictures attached show the custom patio porch cover that Fabian and his excellent crew completed for us recently. They were receptive to our inputs and their attention to detail was impeccable from pouring the concrete, to the tongue and grove ceiling, and the finish stains and polyurethane clear coat: everything exceeded our vision and expectations. It compliments the living room addition to the left of the patio which was also done by FCH. We are happy with the beautiful additions to our home accomplished by Fabian and his hard working crew and they will always be the first people we call for custom remodeling and additions.

Awesome thank you Glenn

This place is over priced and the boss can be rude

Great local business! Shop local!

Used to be great but lately seems different. Be careful.

Terrible service, rude employees and no customer service skills , and racism, don't recommend any black people use them

PHC is the best company around to do your heating and cooling needs.

The knowledge and professionalism that was given when they came out is unheard of these days. I would definitely recommend PHC

Had a clogged kitchen drain experts arrived on the scene will use them in the future for all my plumbing and heating needs they are great and reasonably priced

Had an appointment and then a no show. So I called back and was told a "technician" would call me right back. Never did. It's no wonder this company has such a low rating. Very unprofessional.
