All three units were 20 plus years old. When the AC went out, we replaced it along with the hot water heater and the furnace. My, what a big difference that's made.

I called Adrian, he gave me information on an air conditioner he was very honest about what would be more and which unit would be less. He was very professional throughout the whole process. Shortly after I had an appointment for a visit and a quote I think his name was Bruce, also very professional, I made my decision, he gave me a quote which was immediately confirmed on my email, asked for a deposit also immediately confirmed through email, we set a date confirmed by email. On the date of install I dealt with Derrick, yes you guessed it also very professional they were there early morning but not before letting me know they were coming, they immediately got to work taking the old cooler off and installing the new master cool, they were done around 2-3 o'clock but before they left Derrick gave me an explanation about my unit and how it works, answered any questions that my wife and I had, he even gave me ideas on how I can make other rooms more cool if I wanted. Even if I found a better deal I would still go with chase. I dont have one complaint about them. And if you know me, that is very unusual.

Chase has serviced my AC,furnace and cooler for several years now. They’re efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

New update (12-26-25): Two weeks ago my front outside faucet burst. Chase Mechanical sent Derek. Derek was polite and answered my questions. My mind relaxed and the issue was fixed. Thank you, Chase Mechanical for sending polite workers that get the job done.
Update: this is a late review. Ace came
out later in the week abd replaced my pump and put a switch so I can off the water easy. Ace was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Ace or Robert for any of your needs.

Got a reminder call for my appointment. He diagnosed what the problem I was having with the water pressure in the house. He explained what needed to be done. He has the parts that I needed. Robert tested all the water pressure. He was excellent, professional, friendly. He explained everything he did. I recommend him highly.

Chase Mechanical does amazing work! My gas fireplace has worked intermittently for the last 8 years. All that have tried to repair could not resolve the issue…until Chase Mechanical. The best HVAC service company in town! I've worked with several great companies over the years, but Chase Mechanical is by far the best! They're reliable, knowledgeable, and extremely professional.

Chase Mechanical replaced a commercial package unit for me earlier this year. After getting 5 quotes they were the best price.

Naturally when I had two more commercial package units go down last week on the same day I called Chase Mechanical. They came out within 2 hours of my call. Less than 24 hours later two new units were being installed. Mind blown!

Finally, after 8 seasons and 6 different companies that tried to sell me stuff I didn't need or were just simply did things that left me questioning their knowledge and skills , Chase Mechanical seems to be a winner. John was an absolute delight, even offering to fix my screen door that tends to forcefully slams shut. Thank you, John!! Will definitely be calling again on the backside of winter! :)
