Repair not completed and now cannot get a return phone call! Will be contacting my credit card company to protest charges. Also operates under numerous company names.

Charles helped get a new appliance installed in my rental same day and before a holiday! Really helped me out in a pinch. Very grateful.

Repair technician was very competent and did a great job.

The technician was very polite and he checked various items on our dishwasher. We ran it for a full cycle with soap after he left. It seems to be cleaning again. We will call back if it starts to not clean dishes again, as it may need a new sensor, per your technician.

Very polite and efficient company. They saved the holiday when my oven broke down right before Thanksgiving. They found the part it needed and installed it right away. I can't thank them enough for the rushed service!

The team at In Home Appliance Repair is phenomenal!! Respond quickly, calls to let you know they are almost here and get the job done!! The window to do the work is 2 hours, not like the others.

Diagnosed an elusive problem quickly, got the new part in quickly and installed the new circuit board asap. They were very competent and fair with their final cost. We are using them to resolve a current issue with a stack washer and dryer unit.

Edgar did a good job of determining the problem with my small refrigerator. Unfortunately, it was too expensive to fix. Will buy a new one. It lasted almost 15 years. Needed a new compressor.

The technician knew exactly what was wrong with my washer and had the parts with him to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the ease in making an appointment and having the repair done.

Original service call was speedy. Problem was not remedied. I reached out to them and told them that the same error message appeared. 10 days later I reached out to see if they diagnosed the problem. They hadn't. They reached out later after asking me to remind them to answer my text if they hadn't -- which I had to do. They advised me what the tech sheet said it was. I thought more about the problem and asked a follow up question only to never hear back -- even with another reminder. Too much work, not enough results.

The technician was very nice and did a great job, I was surprised to see a tip option given the amount of money we are paying a service. That made me a little uncomfortable, and I thought it was Unnecessary given the price that we’re paying for a service. In terms of the value received for the amount we paid I really feel like things are overpriced and given the parts were probably only $50-$100 I think overall it was overpriced. I am happy it’s fixed, but it’s never fun having to rely on somebody else to fix something, especially with the prices being so high.
