Adam was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem with my A/C units and what he was doing and why along with any options in the future if more problems arose. He focused on fixing the problem rather than trying to sell me new units like other companies have. My A/C works great now and he's educated me on maintenance I can perform to get more life out of my units. Thank you Adam!

SCAMMERS!! I used Budget to repair and maintenance my swamp cooler. I’m new to swamp coolers, which I told them when I set up the appt, and felt that something had to wrong because it didn’t feel like it cooled at all. I also asked them for an estimate on converting to AC because the experience with evap coolers was so bad.
They had repair guy and the estimate guy come out at the same time. The repair guy went back and forth about replacing a water line, float, then telling me everything was actually in good shape and working properly, swamp coolers just weren’t very good in very hot weather or when the weather was wet. Told me converting would be a better choice, especially since I have my elderly parent living with me.
He left, and yet again the cooler did next to nothing. I went and spent almost $700 on portable AC units so we could at least be comfortable at night until I could afford the $10k they wanted to convert.
This was all in early May, before the really hot weather started.
Once temps got into the 90’s, my brother in law decided to take a look because their cooler worked really well in a much bigger house.
He YouTubed some videos and climbed up. Turns out the “repair” guy left my pump upside down which killed it completely, the inside of the unit was filthy, my filter basket was gone, the float he supposedly replaced was definitely nowhere near new, and the water line that was supposedly fine, had a huge leak in it, which explains the letter I got from the water department a few months earlier.
Between he and I, we got everything in order and now my house, even on rainy days and days over 100 degrees, stays so chilly that we tend to use blanket if we’re sitting anywhere near a vent.
All Budget did was take my money and damage my unit even more, likely in hopes that I’d pay them more to save me from my awful swamp cooler. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.

We've used Budget Climate Control twice now, and each time the service has been wonderful. Jacob arrived quickly and addressed our problem right away. We appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. We'll definitely use them for our future needs!
