United Plumbing

I have experienced some serious plumbing problems the last few months in my older home. This company got to the bottom of it & fixed the problem very quickly. Compared to a few other plumbing companies, their fees were more than reasonable. Each one I have talked to on the phone, or in my home, was very courteous, friendly, listened well about my puzzling problem, & was very professional. From this experience, I will call no one else but United Plumbing, when there are things I need done in the future.

I called these guys a month ago because the thermostat in my apt doesn't control the heater and needed a 2nd opinion. I told them I would not be authorizing any repairs and it was to confirm that it doesn't work when I go to court with the landlord. Richie came out within an HOUR and looked everything over, and CONFIRMED that my thermostat does not control the heater. Richie said that they would be contacting my management company with their findings, I assumed because they DO want business. I even offered to pay for the call since this would be going to court. Well fast forward a month later and they never contacted my landlord. Now they say they can't do anything and don't have a record of anything since they didn't do a repair, but that's not what they came out here for. I talked to Pollyanna the office mgr who denies any knowledge since she was out of town, and Ray the overall Mgr just keeps saying they can't do repairs without mgmnt consent, but they told me THEY WERE contacting my mgmnt office. So now court is coming up and I have to find somone ELSE AFTER WASTING A MONTH'S WORTH OF MY TIME ON THESE VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL PEOPLE!! The one good thing is that they had someone here within an hour and he actually knows boilers, too bad he's with this company.

I really appreciate their consistent communication during the day of service. They are prompt and honest and my HVAC and plumbing needs were met above and beyond! Many thanks United Plumbing :)
