We called On a Sunday and explained our problem. Scott came out the next day and solved our issues quickly. He has been in business for 30+ years and knows his stuff. We are thankful we have someone like him that we can trust will get the job done.

GREAT customer service!!

When I called in, I was able to speak with Scott. Every interaction I have had with him so far has been fantastic. He’s very kind and fun to work with. I’m a worrywart so I ask a lot of ridiculous questions but he has always been patient, professional and has reassured me of any of my concerns.

John was a great! He helped us with getting a new breaker box installed because ours was faulty and sparking. We had no electricity but He got everything done for us and we had power later on that day! Appreciate you all Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Electrical Services! They did a great job and their customer service was top notch. Following a scheduling snafu, I became very frustrated while talking to Amanda and she not only took that in stride, but also managed to get us back on the schedule that same day. Scott and Cesar were considerate and helpful, and went above and beyond on the work they provided. Thank you to the whole team for taking care of us so well!!

Owner Scott Rosenberg is Old-School, in the best meaning of the word. Ex.: I called late one night to leave a VM for his very efficient & helpful admin. person Amanda -- and a Human Answered -- at around Midnight! Scott pays for an answering service to take off-hours emergency calls, which are then routed to a technician on call. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my non-emergency work scheduled, but I love the idea of having a business relationship with someone truly offering emergency service. Having gone through a fire in my mother's house caused by careless work by some "electrician" she hired from an ad in the back of a magazine -- I'm fanatical about hiring people who are not just licensed but who also inspire confidence. Scott, as well as Alan and Cesar who did my work, not only exuded competence but were also extremely patient and respectful with my many internet-inspired questions. Scott even gave me advice about 2 outside heaters (gas instead of electric) that was spot-on, even though it meant less business for him. They showed up as scheduled and finished the job in the time originally allotted. Amanda is great about intelligent scheduling -- allowing for the right amount of time depending on the complexity of the job. I'm sure they're not the cheapest in town, but I'm fearful of hiring electricians "off the street" or based on who can schedule me the quickest. This was major work involving replacement of an old, too-small panel, as well as other items.

Excellent service. Transparent and fair pricing. This will be my go-to for electrical services in Santa Fe for sure! Shout out to Alan and Cesar who were on time, fast, resourceful with some sticky issues that were found in the home—really smart about fixes. We were so impressed and thankful!

Electrical Services is highly responsive, fully professional and easy to work w. Their electricians and staff are friendly and highly competent. They know their business and get it done right the first time. Scott, owner, has been at it for 35 years. Amanda as office manager gets things organized right away and communicate well. Top notch firm and people.

I have been a customer for over twenty years and they used to be prompt and fair. Now they demand over $300 to come by for a five minute job that they won’t schedule for two weeks. They’ve really gone down the toilet. Take your business elsewhere.
