Road runner installed two large Mitsubishi efficient mini-splits with the largest heat pump outside. Their crew of four (Horacio,Juan,Brian and Kibasaim) were professional and efficient. We are very pleased with their work, excellent. We also liked Steven and Sarah’s involvement on planning and design. We recommend Roadrunner highly. Thank you our system works just fine.

Simply outstanding whole house mini-split install, a VERY refreshing change from the usual Santa Fe area contractor experience. One of only two Mitsubishi Diamond Elite level dealers in New Mexico. Steven, our main contact; was extremely knowledgeable, forthright, respectful, and always followed up. RR was the ONLY contractor out of the seven estimates I received, to perform a proper heating/cooling load analysis (the others basically swagged external and internal unit sizing, INCLUDING the other NM Diamond Elite level contractor, and were way off in some cases). Install crew was punctual, friendly, responsive to requests, and cleaned up after they were done each day. A slight cost premium over most of the other estimates I received; but a premium equipment/install experience and for me well worth it. Will revisit after first annual checkup by RR.

Had a heat pump system installed in December, the process was really well managed by the project manager Steven Booth. Kept me in the loop, walked me through the options, and listened carefully to what my needs & desires were when it came to the size and type of system to install. That saved me money and gave me a system that suits my needs well. Julian and Bryan did a great job of installing, and did some post install troubleshooting promptly and skillfully. The whole thing took about a week, and everything is working great.
