Reviews of local pros in Santa Fe, New Mexico

I hired Capital Tree Service to trim a large locust tree in our back yard and Caite communicated with me every step of the way. The tree got trimmed within 2 hours and the crew hauled away all debris and used a leaf blower to clean the remainder of the yard. The service and prices were great and I was very satisfied with them!!

Capital Tree Service did a great job removing two trees and a smaller stump on my property. The work crew was timely, professional, and focused on getting the job done. I highly recommend Capital Tree Service for your tree removal needs!

I am giving this company a 5 star rating only because I cannot give them a 10 star rating. We retained them to remove some dead trees plus trim some others. They arrived on the day and at the time they said they would be here and began working immediately. They completed the work within a reasonable time plus, they did a remarkable job cleaning up when they finished. I have no hesitation recommending them.

I have used the services of Capital Tree on three separate occasions, all for a delicately located residential property.
On each occasion they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and on time and on budget. It is without reservation that I can recommend Capital Tree Service.

Capital Tree was very helpful with the removal of old dead trees from my hillside property. The team was cheerful and good workers. The office was extremely helpful and attentive. I have worked with the family for years in the caring of my trees, and am very grateful for their love of the forest.

Service was on Nov. 27, 2024- Catie was prompt with the quote and very responsive to text messages and questions. The crew showed up on time and trimmed one tree and removed a very large tree as well which was damaged from a recent snow storm. They were total professionals and left the areas extremely clean when finished. I would highly recommend them to new customers and will use them again when needed. The price for the service was extremely reasonable, as I was expecting to pay quite a bit more. Thank you. K Romero.

They did an awesome job with the two overgrown cottonwoods in my yard. The quote process was so simple, my husband had no problems arranging for them to come out and their pricing is reasonable. They were not daunted with the huge trees, they left the yard clean and took their time to make our trees look beautiful! We are so happy with the results and highly recommend them.

From first telephone conversation to completed job, things could not have gone more smoothly. We had three trees removed from a difficult to access part our garden. The price was quite reasonable in relation to other bids I received. The crew arrived on time, did the work quickly and professionally. Happy Customer

We were very pleased with the fallen tree removal work done by the Capitol Tree Service crew. They were on time, efficient, and left a nice clean site. The communication leading up to the work was very good and the final price was the same as the estimate.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Capital Tree Service! Catie and her crews do outstanding work, from prompt estimates to skilled tree removal and cleanup, these guys are first rate. Thank you all so much! ❤️

Super service from time of quote to completion of project. Great communication and reasonable pricing. All gratitude, no attitude. Prompt and clean to boot…. Thank you Capital Tree service!

I’ve never seen precision lowering branches down after being cut. Even one free fall was so perfect. The attention of the assistant, cutting, loading and clearing the ground was also very impressive.
A well earned five star rating !

Amazing experience with Capital Tree Service! We initially worked with their crew for some yard clean up last year. Since then we have engaged them for several other jobs including the recent removal (and stump grinding) of two very large elm trees. Their crew is expert, efficient, and friendly! We highly recommend their services and encourage you to get a quote if you need tree trimming or removal or help with general yard clean-up.

Capital Tree Service did a fantastic job! They provided a great service for a great price. The tree they removed for me was not an easy case. The 50 foot dead pine was close to my house and a communication line. The branches from the tree also hung over my roof. The Capital team was able to cut the tree down within a day and finished hauling off all the wood by the next morning. I would recommend Capital to anyone looking to remove a tree from their property.

I was very impressed by the work done in our yard. We have several large trees that need trimming every few years. The team arrived on time and immediately began working. They were very sincere and friendly. Listened to what we wanted. I would highly recommend and I will use them in the future! 👍🏼

I wish I could give 10 stars. Our experience was top notch from Catie getting us a quote and scheduling ureasonable. Alex with his crew, wow they have great teamwork and just did a super job on our huge willow. Blew me away when they even raked the leaves. I highly recommend their service and felt their pricing was resonable.

This company is first rate and Catie is on time for appointments and her crew arrives as scheduled. They thoroughly and with expertise executed all the work that was covered in the estimate. I could recommend Capital Tree Service for any work you may have. I have had tree trimming done a number of times in the past at my properties and their price is very reasonable. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great experience! Capital Tree Service showed up on time, they did a great job cutting down my trees and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them!
