They took almost 3 weeks to finish a 2 day job ...
They just keep tell me that the materials were not available ..

When materials finally arrive there were like nothing special..
The owner was very unprofessional and rude the job was made thru a 3rd person. i have to call the owner myself and he told me that i cant tell him nothing because i was not the other person .....

Very prompt and professional. Does great work and very quick. Had a broken pipe over Christmas, called on Tuesday morning and they arrived by 10:30am and finished in an hour. Their work was done very well.

They came out to repair a clogged jacuzzi pipe and also the jets. They were the utmost professionals, efficient and very honest. The jets were a simple reset. They were honest and didn't charge me for the jets. I would trust them with any future jobs.

My home warranty assigned my case to these guys, I called and setup the appointment, the day of my appointment the company would not take my phone calls or return messages, never showed up and the next day after calling again and messaging I get a text to have my warranty assign a new contractor. These guys are extremely unprofessional and I highly recommend finding a better contractor if you are looking at this company

We had a broken pipe due to cold weather. I called Zia Plumbing and they came out within 2 hours and fixed it for a fair price. They replaced the old pipe with better quality pipe and re-insulated it. Great job and fast service! Thanks!

My home warranty assigned this plumbing company to replace our water heater it's been better part of a year. They do not answer their phone and never installed water heater. Had to go through my home warranty to finally get somebody else to install.

My company is still doing business with this company. From what my partners tell me, they have been inconsistent and unresponsive since May of this year.
Update 1/25.
They completed the job in October, but I was very disappointed in the service and finish. Also, they charged 2K for (2) bathroom toilets and sinks that I later on found out was $150 from home depot. Horrible business practices. Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars

If I could I would give them zero stars. Called Zia to come check out a clogged drain. They came promptly that day. When they arrived they told me I needed to have all my pipes under my house redone. They stated that the water was not draining because the pipes did not have enough pitch. They wanted $1,500. A house that is over 30 years old and never had any draining issues. I brought in Richy Plumbing to verify what I was told and turns out the main drain was clogged outside the house. These people are scammers. Home owners beware. DO NOT USE OR RECOMMEND!!!

They are very unreliable and unresponsive. They just didn't show up initially and upon further contact and waiting a whole day, they stated an emergency came up. We were understanding and continued with the appointment the next day. They came in with no apology or even acknowledgement that they were a no-show and said they would order the water heater and let us know when they would come install it. We waited, they called and we told them the leak was worse. We were told we would be the first ones the next day. The morning of the appointment they contacted us to reschedule because something came up. Our room is flooding at an alarming rate but that does not equal an emergency I guess. We called and said we just couldn't reschedule as we had taken time off work to sit in our house all day to wait and vacuum up water. They acknowledged our situation and said someone would be out but it would be later in the day. 9 HOURS LATER NO ONE SHOWED AND THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! The next day I had to call the warranty company because Zia wouldn't take my calls. They said they were on their way but it took them almost 2 hours to get to my house! The plumber didn't have everything he needed so he had to leave to buy whatever it was he needed and then he had no dolly so he DRUG our old water heater out and got rust in and all over our new carpet! I would NEVER recommend them, we used them because we had to with our home warranty but we will never make that mistake again and hope no one else out there does either. If you do choose Zia Plumbing, good luck!

Had to call them twice due to my whole home being backed up. Both times, it happened at night. Both times, they were there the next day. All other plumbers just didn't answer or returned my call the next day, way later in the day. They've always been responsive, they get here, let me know what they'll be doing and do the job. Would highly recommend them. They're likely not the cheapest but I can't complain since they came the very next morning and got me out of the jam.
