Reviews of local pros in Tijeras, New Mexico

If I could give this company 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

The job was done poorly and carelessly, nowhere near the level of quality they promised. It honestly felt rushed and unprofessional, like they didn’t care about the outcome at all.

On top of that, the owner was incredibly disrespectful and difficult to deal with. Instead of taking responsibility, they were dismissive and unprofessional in their attitude. Communication was terrible from start to finish.

What frustrated me the most is how they completely wasted my time. Delays, lack of accountability, and zero consideration for the customer made this whole experience exhausting.

Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually respects your time, your money, and takes pride in their work. This one clearly does not.

They did an amazing job!

Absolutely amazing job! Communication was great and the job was completed perfectly. Bronson and his crew were very respectful and pleasant to work with! These are the guys to go with! Thank you Pro Tree Service team

Amazing experience hands down the best tree company I’ve worked with. From start to finish, everything was handled very professionally. Cleanup was immaculate and everything that was completed on my property was absolutely outstanding these guys aren’t just good they are great I would recommend them to anybody thank you so much to the pro tree service team will definitely be using you guys again !

This tree service is fast and excellent job at the end. Definitely recommend them!!!

The crew was on time, very polite, and worked quickly and removed all unwanted debris.

PTS on time, good communication, job done well.

Tony came out and explained everything they would do and offered suggestions on what we could do ourselves. He and his people showed up on time and were fast and professional. I will use these guys anain!!

They are so amazing highly recommend they would not disappoint!

I've been in Tijeras for quite a few years and got behind on the forest that is "my yard". I called Tony for some basic clearing and chipping, after giving me a fair price, he called to come a week early when he had another cancellation. While here we started looking carefully at some dying tress for my neighbor and found a small bark beetle infestation going on. All of the diseased trees where hauled off rather than being chipped and spread. I received great service and an education about my trees. I would recommend Pro Tree Service highly and the value, speed, and quality of work that was above my expectations.

Bronson is beyond amazing he helped us out with an emergency job so fast we thought he was weeks out but he was able to help us out within a couple of days and at such a fair price we were shocked he is so down to earth and knowledgeable he gave us an action plan that we will soon take him up on for the rest of the property

Fast, reliable, professional and reasonable! Bronson and his team were great and we highly recommend them! Thank you!

Bronson and his crew were super helpful and amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Recommend them to anybody. These guys are true professionals.

Excellent service, honest answers and professional work. They took out 4 infested bark beetle trees, and then removed the slash immediately, thereby preventing additional bark beetle infestation. ( this is important! ) They also created more defensible space around our house and roof. I would highly recommend them.

These guys always do a great job whenever I call on them to trim or remove trees on my property. I first connected with them via Edgewood SWCD (soil and water district) who recommended them to me for the thinning of the trees on property to create a defensible space. The Forest Service vetted their work as excellent. Most recently they did some trimming and removal in accordance with my homeowner’s insurance company’s request and they did a wonderful job. Thanks to them, I will be able to keep my homeowner’s insurance. I recommend choosing these guys for anything related to tree cutting. They are also the ones who the state of NM contracts to create emergency fire lines in the paths of wildfires in order to curb the wildfires whenever they occur so these guys really know what they’re doing.

Waste of time - After text saying he was running "a bit late", arrived 1 1/2 hours later with no apology. Good, reasonable quote but never followed up with a written estimate or responded to follow-up texts. I found better options elsewhere.

Bronson and his crew arrived on time, very efficiently took care of the agreed upon tree removal, chipping, and clean up. They did a fabulous job, and I'd highly recommend them!

Bronson & his team did a great, professional and timely job in my yard. Will definitely use them again the future.

Bronson and his team did exceptional work! They took out an infested Bark Beetle tree and helped us out with our other vulnerable trees we had on our property. Bronson is very kind, and professional and I would highly recommend Pro Tree Service!

Bronson and his crew helped me out with tree removal to keep the insurance company happy and when a lightning struck ponderosa became too dangerous to ignore. My experience with them was excellent.

Bronson and his crew were extremely professional, cleaned up after the work, and communicated throughout the entire process. Bronson is extremely knowledgeable about mitigating fire risk and identifying work that an insurer will request.

They dropped massive ponderosas that were right next to my home exactly where they wanted them.

I would recommend Pro Tree Service for any job.

Bronson and the Pro Tree Service team would be our first choice for any tree work we need on our property. Over the past few years, Bronson has helped us create a defensible space at our home that meets the highest safety standards. He was able to skillfully remove limbs that were dangerously close to our roof and home structure. Along with the high quality work, Bronson is also very kind, straightforward, and professional, with a genuine care for the health of the trees. Highly recommend!
