Was very impressed with the knowledge of their sales team, the fixtures I had dreamed and imagined all the time they where actually able to deliver, On time, great price.

They emailed me the day of delivery which was over a week from when I ordered to tell me the item they didnt carry anymore. Absolutly horrible customer service, I had the job scheduled for tommorrow based off their shipping date.

What lousy service! Place an order for merchandise that they have on their site. Pay for it and after 10 days, its not shipped. I have to send several inquiries to find out….. Oops, they don’t have it. Will never do business with this company again. Lousy service, lousy communication.

Terrible service and it took over 30 days to get the light bulb. When I called they acted like it was no big deal that it took a month to receive the light bulb. They don't answer the phone. Not sure how companies like this stay in business. Take your business somewhere else....trust me!!

I placed an order on line, I ordered four glass lamp shades. Each was about $18.00. They only shipped one but charged me for 4, (total of $68.00). They said I had to ship the 1 shade back at my expense. Then they would reship it out. They also said they would not refund the extra handling charge. To ship it back would cost me more the item. They are dishonest and unethical. They do not abide by there own shipping policy. This was all there fault. Stay away... from this company!
