I consulted with Chris Frascone from Nicholas Contracting in Airmont, NY due to roofing issues I had with a previous contractor's work. Chris is very knowledgeable. He explained the different types of building materials used in my new roof. You can tell that he really loves his work and was very helpful in designing our roof at a reasonable price. I would recommend his company to everyone. Great job !

From estimate to completion... nothing but reliable and professional. Prior to having gutters installed and some replaced, I had basement water issues. Thankfully, I have not had one drop of water since. Would highly recommend!!!

Committing to a project like completely changing the look of your home is scary, even if it doesn’t look great to begin with. But, it was a great decision to trust Nicholas contracting! They stayed in contact throughout the project, were available to address issues or concerns. Also gave advice about what makes good design sense.

In addition to the siding, they did a cellar door, nice work pointing some bricks that were coming loose around the area. New storm doors, and skirt.

Could not be happier with the rapport we had with everyone who came to work on the project.

I would go to Nicholas first next time I need anything done.

Nicholas Contracting converted an enclosed porch into a four season room. In addition they replaced the house deck stairs as well. Once I first met with Nick, Mario, and Anthony, I felt confident that they were best for the project , and that they understood that it was a sentimental one , as my late relatives built the long lasting porch enclosure over forty years ago. They were patient with my concerns and requests to keep the existing structure, and work from underneath, and inside to make the transformation a reality. The crew were on time to work every day, and worked with great focus. Out of all the contractors that I had met, I found that it was very easy to get in touch with Nick, to talk about the project. I was very comfortable with him, and his crew, and I look forward to having them work on my next home project.

Nicholas contracting was amazing! We were able to get an estimate for our roof and were pleasantly surprised how affordable and easy they made the whole process. Chris was extremely polite and professional. He took the time to explain every step and option available to us. The work was done quickly, accurately, and the crew left our home spotless afterwards. Nick and his brothers were the ultimate professionals. We were downsizing from a large home and had specific details we wanted. My wife took a long time to design our home and select specific fixtures. Nick and Mario were patient, intuitive, meticulous and HONEST. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable to make changes. My wife and I are petty picky about what we want and how we want things done. The pictures below are just a few examples of what we had done. I HIGHLY recommend them.

5/5, A+++, BEST IN CLASS. Book them NOW. We used NC to replace our old cedar siding and WOW what an unbelievable job they did. They were lightning fast, while still operating at the highest level of quality. The whole team was courteous, professional and considerate. They cleaned up every day. Chris worked with his father and uncle to land on a design that would be the best aesthetic for our home and potential future buyers when the day comes that we sell. They replaced the worn old siding but also revamped the insulation and we're already seeing lower energy bills. Can't say enough amazing things about NC!

Very professional, punctual, and precise. The siding came out exactly the way I saw it on the model. Workers on site were very respectful and fast. They came out promptly to respond to a few issues I had due to the snowstorm. White glove service and Chris is knowledgeable and a phenomenal salesman. Would highly recommend
