ER Tree Service just did an amazing job trimming branches off several huge trees and removing one tree completely. The crew was very professional, efficient and cleaned up all the wood chips when the job was finished. I highly recommend using their services.

Great service fitting my budget. Emerson, gave an estimate to remove an aged, huge dead tree. Promptly the work was started by 10 guys. Juan climbed the tree, as cutting the branches and gradually going up and up to 40 feet high and then came down cutting the trunk carefully to avoid damages to objects on the ground.
Other guys cleaned up the brushes, branches, grinding them to mulch. The tree stump was grounded and the mulch was removed.
The stump roots which were elevating the walkway was only partially grounded, though that was in contract. Repeated requests were ignored by Jose, the supervisor. Emerson did not show up. As the logs were loaded, Salvador asked for payment. I expressed my thanks for great job, except for not finishing the job to perfection. I may need to hire someone else to get the stump-root on the walkway to get the concrete slabs placed back evenly.
On a whole, ER Tree services is a good company with great team, but the communication from Salesman to the supervisor need to improve to complete the job as expected by the client. -

These guys took down a dead cherry tree behind my town house. It was a large tree near the deck and AC unit and they cleared it with no issues. They worked fast and left no mess behind. The whole tree was removed down to the stump. Done before noon! easy to communicate and schedule via text message. 5 stars!
