Constraction reviews in Albertson, New York

He came for appointment but never provided a quote despite having asked for it several times. I will look for competitors.

Used SirGrout to clean our commercial office restrooms and the tile and grout looks brand new! Very happy with their services and would definitely use them again.

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment which I confirmed twice with the main office. I was told the latest appointment was 3:30, without exception. I took half a day off from work so I could be on time for my appointment. 2 minutes before my appointment John called to tell me he was in Freeport and would be at least an hour late.....more like one plus hours in traffic. When I told him it was very unprofessional he told me his clients were usually teachers and he did not fix granite. Why would he assume I am a teacher....I would not recommend...if I could give this company less than one star I would.

Sir Grout did an excellent job polishing my parents marble foyer and fixing the grout and blemishes. He was professional, dedicated and courtesy. My mom is very critical and was very pleased with the results. She urged me to post a 5* review as John completely deserves it.

Una dintre cele mai bune locuri in care poti restaura case.

From start to finish, this team exceeded every expectation. After our house fire, we were dealing with so much stress, but they made the rebuilding process smooth and reassuring. Their communication was excellent, timelines were met, and the quality of work is absolutely beautiful. Every detail was handled with care, and they truly brought our home back to life. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality construction and genuine professionalism. Thank you so much Adam, Jeremy and your entire team, we’re forever grateful!!!

Worst company ever, avoid at all cost the owner is rude and cursed at me. Because he was asked about the quality of his companies work. They did half the job after a fire in my house. It took over a year for them to complete. It was a 2 month job tops. Most of the days the workers didn’t even work on the house for weeks at a time. The job was poorly done walls was painted where you can see the old color paint through it. Wall switch covers was taken off and never replaced. They left half the basement completely dug up with dirt with the ground open. A year later they still haven’t completed it. I read this company’s reviews and there were a lot of bad reviews. I should have went with a different company. I see he had the bad reviews removed. All the good reviews on here are fake. All the reviews all reviewed this company the same week or few weeks later. And all of these so called reviewers only have 2- 3 other reviews. How much of a coincidence is that? Go with a better quality company who doesn’t have fake reviews. Horrible work!

AEG renovated our home after a house fire. Adam and his crew were very pleasant and professional.
The renovation went smoothly and came out beautiful. I absolutely love my new kitchen and bathroom! We highly recommend.

After a devasting fire, Adam and his crew did an amazing job. With a total rebuilt of my home. Everything was profeesional and was rebuilt in a timely period. Adam was always available to answer all quetions and keep the project moving forward. Highly recomend.

I am delighted that Adam’s directions and the restrictions imposed by AEG have been finalized. Consequently, I have secured my dream home for AEG.

We lost our home to a house fire 1/2021. AEG restoration did an amazing job in giving us our home back in a timely fashion. The craftsmanship in all areas, i.e. construction, electrical, plumbing, masonry is of high quality. The crew worked very hard and efficiently, and we could always reach Adam with any questions and concerns. Thank you AEG restoration for not just rebuilding our home but giving us our dream home.

After a house fire in November 2024, we hired Adam and his team for all repairs, and we couldn’t be happier. They guided us through every step of the process and exceeded all expectations. Our home looks better than ever, and we loved their work so much that we hired them again to rebuild our forever home, which we purchased as a foreclosure. Truly five-star work and professionalism all around!

This review is way overdue. In Aug 2023, we had a house fire that severely damaged my home. The interior was gutted and the roof had to be removed to replace structural supports. Obviously, one of the worst experiences of our lives. I was devastated and lost. Our adjuster recommended AEG and I’m so glad they did. Adam thoroughly explained the plan and gave me realistic expectations to work within my insurance budget. He made recommendations to improve my home and accommodated all of my requests (of which there were many). He was patient, understanding, and listened to my concerns. If I didn’t like something, it was fixed it right away. The team was always friendly and professional. They turned my mediocre home into something special.
Thank you for all of your help!

Adam and his team were wonderful. House was totally restored after fire. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. All workers were very professional and respectful. Adam moved project along and we were able to choose all materials used. My home has never been this beautiful. I highly recommend AEG if you need restoration. It was great working with Adam.

The Team at AEG restoration Corporation did a great job in getting us back to our house after a devastating fire. After our house caught fire two years ago, we were very vulnerable. Adam (our GC) was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. He is easy to work with and he make sure that his team delivers a quality, timely, and reasonably priced product. We were told by some that it could take up to 24 months to have the house rebuilt. Adam and AEG did it in 13 months. Our family is really happy with the result and our new house looks and feels amazing.
