needed a quote for some electrical improvements , got a too busy today , maybe tomorrow well maybe ill call you thursday , its friday late afternoon ,, Stiil no call as to even say , hey just so busy ,id understand but to just blow you off !! this company does suck , just as i heard from another ,person !! local guy wanted to just give him a shot ! YA ok screw this company , if thats how they treat you BEFORE the come to do the job ?? , holy hell how are they going to treat a customer after or during a job ??? If i could give them a NO star that be a better pick !

My Rinnai combination boiler-hot water system shutdown due to a failed sensor. Larry and Rory responded quickly to my distress call. They diagnosed the problem, arranged to have the replacement sensor overnighted from manufacturer through their local supplier, and returned to complete the repair as soon as the sensor arrived. I appreciate their care and diligence. Thanks again guys!

I called LJL Electrical on 8/31/2020 for an estimate for a replacement and upgrade of my circuit Breaker Box. They were out within the hour. One was very professional and personable the other person was very condescending to myself and his partner. It felt like there was some tension between them. At one point I was asked if I was serious about the replacement of the box . It doesn't take a genius to figure what that meant. Don't waste my time. I thought to myself this type of attitude would be what I would be up against if I had an issue with their work or warranty. When they finished sizing up the job I was told it would take a couple days to get pricing for parts and a written estimate. Today is 9/14/2020 No call . No estimate. I always thought that every call is potential business. I guess they don't need the business and they not going to get mine.

Larry and Rory did a great job fixing an issue we had. They were responsive, professional, explained the issue we had and the solution. I'd recommend them to anyone that has heating or cooling problems. Great service!

LJL is rewiring the electric our entire house to bring up to modern standards. This is a large job and they have been excellent throughout the process. They are also working on our plumbing issues. I have hired LJL for the last 6 years. They communicate very well, keeping us posted on progress and do very fine work that is reasonably priced. I am very comfortable with them and will continue to use LJL as we modernize our home. I have complete confidence in the team and I highly recommend them; they are good people.

I needed to have a drain installed to finish up a bathroom/shower project. The owner was able to come out within am hour of calling him and installed a new drain in 30 minutes. Fair pricing, will use again. Just Had Larry do more work for me, He had to put in a new electrical cable, A sort of big job. They did good work and got my house back up and running. Can not than them enough.
