Friendly and knowledgeable.

Truly an owner that cares.

Very friendly and intelligent staff

Worst plumbing job ive ever seen done.

Always very polite and friendly, very good service

Way to overpriced!! They don't even do good work!!!!

Friendly bunch of people, would recommend them without hesitation...

Great team with talented techs to work on any issue!

Very responsive and easy to deal with. Especially during these awkward social distancing times.

This is my second time using Petschke. A++ service from calling this morning to having the repair done.

Phone answered by Dispatcher. Given Estimate of time . Owner called back .Really concerned for Seniors.

Overpriced. Refuses to sell parts even though they have a retail location. Owner is nice, but impossible to reach.

Nice guy good service but didn’t where a mask during his service call and put me at risk

This company almost ran me off the road into a ravine on south western on a merge lane!!!! @ 7am 1/24 get better drivers!!!

The only company I trust taking care of my heater and plumbing. The owner of the company truly cares about his customers.

Came and gave me a reasonably priced estimate however when I went to schedule work to be done, I got no return contact after calling and speaking with somebody twice.

They came in handled my problem and trouble shot potential issues Very professional. Always has been a great hometown company.

I have to say that anytime i have a plumbing or heating problem, they are on top of it. Even the receptionist knows how to solve problems. Great bunch of people. Thank you for a job well done.

What a great experience i had working along thier team of employees. They showed up on time, knew exactly how to tackle the task, and all the men were positive and friendly.

Amazing service! Septic pump went and they were on it! I highly recommend! The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help and quick response!
