William has serviced our tree and shrub service for many years. He is very thorough and maintains our 3/4 acre estate with truly professional service.

I prepaid $1k for lawn and mosquito services for the season. TruGreen was a no-show for all scheduled appointments except for one and I've spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get the no-shows rescheduled. It's a horrific customer experience. Customer service reps give incorrect dates just to get you off the phone, assure me that TruGreen will arrive, and then don't show up OR proactively reschedule. I have to call every time to beg someone to come and perform the services I already paid for. Their products are ineffective and it's the most appalling customer experience. Stay far, far away. I just canceled my entire account and will be going with a different company. So many wasted hours on the phone with this incompetent company.

Reliable and reasonably priced, trugreen has always helped my yard look its best. Lately I've been getting their mosquito service and even though I'm in the middle of a swamp it definitely helps keep the bugs away.

Omari was my service specialist. He took care of the pest control, and did an excellent job. He sprayed all around the perimeter of my foundation ( including on my deck where it attaches to my house) and around the windows. He was pleasant and professional. In all, an awesome job. I highly recommend

As I have shared in the past. It is Dan who gives the LOCAL assurance that treatments are what they should be. TruGreen is getting too big for customer comfort. Without Dan it would not feel good. He goes the extra mile to communicate and make me feel that there is a person beyond the service application that actually cares.

Got my lawn done again and Marquis was very thorough withTruGreen services. Marquis was my specialist and he was friendly and very knowledgable about their product. He did a wonderful job! Highly recommend TruGreen

Horrible Company, Pay for lawn care and weed control and the workers aren't even placing down the product. I have video footage of them not even doing my property and they are putting their summary they are completing the service when they aren't. How this business is still around is wild. I love they are 100% satisfaction but keep calling to have some one re-apply and they don't do anything. I have footage of the guy just walking around and not even spraying.
