Oh, his work? Let's just say, I would pass.
If you have a problem he'll fight you every step.

I was so please with McMillans Landscaping. Our yard has never looked this good. They re-leveled our stone wall and brick patio, which looks amazing! They did phenomenal work and it was all reasonably priced, best estimate we got!
I highly recommend them, well worth it!

I contacted McMillan Landscaping at the end of June for a fairly expensive landscaping job. He came out to my home to go over the specifics of the job. He had an idea for a waterfall and bragged that we was associated with Plan WNY - something prestigious I guess. I provided him with a list of trees/shrubs that I wanted based on a previous landscaping quote from a different company. He then stated that he would get back to me with a design and a quote. He then showed up again with a designer (Peter Burke of Gaelic Clover Landscaping) on July 5th. A week went by with no word from either of them so I called Peter. His response was a sarcastic "Oh, I didn't realize that I was on a timeline". I responded that I was simply trying to get all of my ducks in a row since I had 5 landscaping quotes coming in. He ended the call that he would get back to me within 2 weeks...That was July 8th and I have never been contacted by McMillan Landscaping or by Peter of Gaelic Clover Landscaping ever again. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. My advice, don't bother with either of these people if you are serious about getting your landscaping job done. Obviously I went elsewhere and they were more than happy to take my $10,000.

I have had numerous landscaping companies over the years. Mcmillan's has been the best by far. Knowledgeable , hard working, and professional. The workers and management genuinely care about the finished product they provide. They are great communicators and listen to the needs of the owner. Highly recommended!

Ryan (owner)came out to my house to give us a quote on a fire pit and hardscape he had a great design. We picked out the the materials and waited and waited for Ryan to start the job . He never returned our phone calls and never heard from him or his wife(secretary) ever again. Our phone calls went straight to vm everytime. He wanted $500.00 to secure the job. Thank God I had a feeling and did not give him any money bc it would be gone. This company is unreliable and as the previous post stated this is a habit with McMillans. Do not waste your time and do not give a deposit he will take it and not show up

We've had great experiences with McMillan's. The owners are super nice, responsive and their work fairly priced. They provided us with excellent service on our yard maintenance including trimming and mulching. Their Forman is great, he's always so respectful and wants to make sure the job is done right. And, they have leave everything so clean during the job and perfect at the end! We love McMillan's!

During winter of 2023, my deck was damaged by McMillans during snow removal of my driveway. They agreed to fix the damage and told me they would have a contractor there to assess the damage. After numerous phone calls and promises of a contractor calling me to schedule the work it has still not been done as of this review. I have not heard from a contractor or McMillans. 18 months is an unacceptable amount of time for a simple fix.
