UPDATE: owner of the company just called to threaten me with violence for leaving a bad review. He also threatened to leave fake, bad reviews for my business and said he was going to kill me and come and find me. He also used a mocking girl voice and said he was looking at my picture. I wish I was making all of this up. Please stay far away from this business.
This place is an absolute rip off. I own a small, family owned restaurant and made the mistake of calling these people. $95 for a travel charge, from Ardsley to Peekskill, on a planned service. Not even same day. Then they have the audacity to charge $20 for fuel on top of that! The technicians played on their phone for most of the time, took 30 minute lunch, which they charged me $155/hour for, and never asked for their food bill! I think they thought I was going to sponsor their food. When I brought all these concerns to Charlotte in the office, she tried to justify their charges. She did call to speak with the technicians about their lunch time but I was still charged for that as well. I will not be using this company again and I hope you do not use them either. Save your hard earned money and call someone else.
