I used Westchester Wash and Seal to power my house. Price was competitive with two other quotes and expectations were surpassed. What sets them apart from their competitors is their professionalism. Quick to respond to questions and willing to talk through options. Would recommend them without hesitation to my family and friends.

Jim really knows how to run a company. Delivers on his promises and his crews are pleasant, professional and hard-working, even when it's 95 degrees outside and sanding and painting a deck is a nightmare. Thanks to Jim, Frank and the rest of the guys for making my beat-up, peeling decks look brand new again!

3/5/2024: Owner reached out. We had a good chat and I learned some tips about maintaining a deck. There were certainly misunderstandings. Despite the work being out of warranty, the owner offered to perform free maintenance. Certainly above and beyond!

The WW&S team was very creative in approaching the work, and did an outstanding job of repairing, cleaning/washing, and sealing my old deck at a very reasonable price. Great job cleaning our vinyl siding - the house really looks much brighter. They also provide other services, so they also did some window trim painting and gutter cleaning. If you need any work done on your house and it falls within the scope of Westchester Wash and Seal's services, hire them without hesitation. I needed to repair a deck that had been neglected for years, which required power washing, repairing rotted wood, new lattice, sealing, etc. The deck looked brand new when it was done. Jim and his team also had to contend with terrible weather during the course of the job and were able to adjust their schedule and make up time in order to finish the project much quicker than I would have thought possible. Jim kept me well-informed throughout the entire process, which is not something many people do. These guys are the best.

Great and easy! Our moldy outdoor cushions were spotless after the team went to work efficiently and with care. Frank is incredibly easy to work with and fair! We then had our windows cleaned and wow - what a great job his workers did. Polite and again so easy!

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. Jim, Frank and their entire crew are a pleasure to work with. They were courteous, pleasant to have at my home, hard-working, kept their commitments, over-delivered, and the service and end product were exceptional. The back patio looks like new bricks and the stucco looks like it was freshly painted. The flagstones and patio furniture look beautiful as well. I am beyond impressed with Jim and this company. I wish more companies were like Westchester Wash and Seal.
