Terry Jenkins has been our "go to" for all our septic system issues. He has installed leach fields, corrected underground broken pipes, replaced septic motors and all our annual general maintenance needs. He has done work for us for close to 20 years. Terry is reliable, honest and professional, his wife Katy also is very available for scheduling appointments and questions. If I can't reach Terry, Katy has his back.

Hired Jenkins to demo all the old leaking galvanized water pipes and cast iron drain piping from my basement and run all new PEX water lines and PVC drains. They even corrected some faulty venting in this old house so drains are smoother, no more "gargling". Three guys came with a trailer loaded with pipe and fittings, worked through lunch and wrapped up the job complete before the wife returned from work. Great guys who got it done at a very fair price, pipe all ran straight and true. A true Master Plumber, not a "plumbing technician". Highly recommend.

In January 2021 we sadly had a water leak in our basement. We contacted Jenkins Plumbing. Thankfully Terry Jenkins came out the same day. We were afraid we would have to wait for better weather - continuing to shop an vac water leaking in our basement. Terry reassured us that he could accomplish this even in these winter weather conditions.He and his crew did just that. They replaced a water line from the road to our house approximately 100 feet. He assured us that the water would be turned off for that day only. He did just that - accomplishing all of that in one day. It was impossible to grade the soil removed to replace the water line in the snow and ice that existed. Terry reassured us that he would come back in the spring and grade it adding gravel if necessary. The crew came this spring and completed the grading job with the same expertise and pride in their work as they did in January when the replaced the water line.We want to highly recommend Jenkins Plumbing to this community for their professionalism and impeccable work ethics.

Called on a Sunday evening. Appointment was set up for Monday morning. Employee Rob showed up on time. Rob did a very nice professional job running the new copper pipe and valves for the new hot water tank. I am very pleased. The hourly rate is very affordable. You have a future customer for life. These guys really do great work. They were a referral from a plumbing contractor who specializes in “inside” work. Jenkins has especially good customer service, showed up on time, did exactly what they quoted (and a little more), and left the site in as good condition as the weather allowed. Highly recommended.

We had an emergency over a weekend with groundwater seeping quickly into our basement. Terry came on a Saturday and evaluated the situation. On Monday morning his crew was here installing a sump pump. They finished in one day. We appreciated their quick and professional work and thought the price was reasonable for all they did.

We built a new house and used Jenkins to do the plumbing. After only 2 years one of our toilets started leaking around the base. Toilets do not start leaking after 2 years, especially with such minimal use (it’s a summer home). Upon removing the toilet to see what the problem was I discovered it was not installed properly. This is a licensed professional plumber? When I reached out to Terry he insisted that the toilet was installed correctly, including the wax ring, which clearly was not. Pictures do not lie and Jenkins plumbing does stand behind their work. Find a different plumber.
