My dishwasher won't fill with water so I sought for home appliance services from Astoria Appliance Repair. The repairman took a look at my dishwasher and found a faulty inlet valve. It wasn't long before he fully repaired my dishwasher, and it's for a budget-friendly price! They give quality dishwasher repairs too!

A technician came to look at my refrigerator and told me that a part needed to be replaced. He said that it would take a few days for the part to come in and the company would call to schedule the next appointment to replace the piece. That was on November 27th, it is now December 20th and despite me calling the company twice, I have not heard from either the technician or the company. AT ALL.

The stove burners weren’t heating at all. They were repaired perfectly. Everything works fine again.

Our fridge iced over constantly, making it hard to store food. The issue was identified and fixed properly. It hasn’t iced up since. I’m so relieved.

Our dryer smelled like burning and was very concerning. It was checked and repaired quickly. Now it’s completely safe and reliable. Laundry is stress-free again.

They took $250 for a part which "they ordered but was not delivered by the manufacturer." They did not fix the fridge, they did not return my money, they wasted 2 weeks of my time. Unbelievable.

I had an incredibly bad experience with Francisco Appliance and specifically Jr, who was my sales rep. I initially called them to look at my dishwasher on Jan 16. By March 9 and $1500 later, I gave up and got another firm to repair. During those 7 weeks, they did not give me any proactive updates (each time, I had to reach out) and continued to insist it was an easy repair, but could never get it to work. I asked several times to talk to a supervisor or the owner, and was told each time "that's not how the business worked". After they visited the final time March 9, they told me it would be a simple fix, yet I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks afterwards despite following up via call/text several times. I called again and insisted on a refund (was told no) and I warned them I'd be writing a bad review unless I heard from the owner or got some sort of refund. Jr told me he'd leave a note for the owner, but I never heard from them again.

Unless you like giving money away and a very frustrating, lengthy experience, I would NOT recommend Francisco. Instead, use Drimmers (they fixed my dishwasher 2 days later) or truly any other place instead. I am still very upset and feel like I was scammed $1500, with no formal apology or refund of any type. And I didn't have a working dishwasher for 7 weeks because of them.

I called Francisco Appliances Repair to get my tenant's refrigerator fixed, as another repair company said that they had fixed the issue, but they did not. My tenant had medication that needed refrigeration and she was panicking. Francisco Appliances Repair showed up same day within 40 minutes after I had called them, and they took approx 30 minutes to repair the refrigerator. I was very impressed with how quickly they showed up, and that they identified and resolved the issue right away. I would definitely go with them again going forward and highly recommend them for appliance repairs.

Francisco and helper did a great job on my refrigerator. The job was done quickly and they were very friendly and courteous. The office staff did a great job keeping me informed about when they were coming. I recommend them! Thank you for a job well done.
