Just got new digital thermostats installed in our building by NY fan coil. They upgraded the old Trane units in my apartment, swapping out the control unit for a wireless one, and added WiFi modules so I can control from my phone. Overall, really satisfied with the work. The service was top-notch too - they fixed an unrelated AC issue I had promptly and on the same day I called them about it.
