The old roof was in terrible shape – there were so many missing shingles, and the gutters were completely clogged, causing water damage. My parents were really worried about the cost, but Royal offered an affordable, transparent price with no surprises. They worked efficiently and had everything completed in no time. The project manager, Eric, was super easy to work with and kept my parents updated every step of the way. They even replaced some of the siding that was damaged from the leaks. I own a multifamily home in Astoria and we’ve had some issues on and off with the roof and gutters over the past few years. About a year and a half ago I hired a crew that came to repair a leak, it was fine for about three weeks and then came back. This “crew” disappeared. So I asked a buddy of mine for a rec and he had me call Royal. Eden came out, we went through everything, he was sympathetic to what happened to me with the other crew- and worked with me on everything. He explained about the warranty I would get from Royal and put it all in the contract, so I have it all on paper. Now I have a beautiful new roof- that I can now utilize- and brand new gutters. Not a leak or issue in sight 15 months later. Very satisfied and will recommend to all my neighbors.
