Reviews of local pros in Auburn, New York

I was very satisfied with Jason's work. He showed up exactly at the time he said he would be at my home. He cut down two trees for me (one big & one smaller one). He did a great job of cleaning up the area. I would not hesitate to call him again for any further work.

Jason and his family did a great job removing a small dead tree in my front yard. They removed the tree, ground the stump, and made sure that my lawn was thoroughly cleaned of debris. Best of all they hauled the tree away. They were very professional, reasonably priced and kind. I will definitely be calling them for any future tree needs.

I am writing this review for my mother Michelle Green. Jason came yesterday, 6/21/24 and took care of branches hanging and part of a tree that she needed to get rid of. He came out on time, did an amazing clean up, and everything looks fantastic! Thank you, Jason! We will recommend to our family and friends!

Jason called to apologize and explained his young son was in a nasty accident. Later in the week he came by and completed the work. It only took a couple hours. I had large tree branches hanging over my two story house. With his lift he got up there and carefully removed them. The work he did was even better than I expected. He cut the branches so it looks as natural as can be. If you have ever noticed the terrible shape NYSEG contracted tree service companies leave trees near power lines then you would know what I mean. He cleaned up all the debris and even old branches that had accumulated over the past year.
I very much regret the review I originally wrote as Jason is a wonderful young man and does exceptional work. I have more work to be done and will have him back.

Jason was extremely responsive and polite. He cleaned up a VERY large tree that had fallen on our property within days after talking to him. It’s great to call a place where the phone is answered immediately, they do what they say they will, and they do it for a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Awesome! Jason kept in contact with us and had trees down, stumps grounded and completely cleaned up in 3 days. We had 7 trees taken down, 4 @ 50’+. Showed great respect for our property. Highly recommend Jason’s Tree Service!!!

Jason is terrific! He came over within a day or two of my call for a quote and within a few weeks the tree was down. I had four other quotes and timelines from other services. Jason's quote was fair, his service was speedy and the job was well done. I can highly recommend Jason.

Jason is wonderful, we are very please with his work and his prices, so much that we called him back to remove another tree. So glad we found him, I would recommend him 100%

We had a tree fall on our shop. We called Jason and he gave us an estimate that same day and moved other jobs around to pritorize our emergency. He arrived the next day and expertly removed the tree without causing additional damage to the building. We asked him to cut down another very large pine tree and he immediately cut it down for us. We are thrilled with his professionalism and prompt service. Thank you Jason.

Very professional, curteous, and proficient! Would definitely use again!

I went there for a Christmas tree. The people there are very nice and helpful.

The job Locust Hill did landscaping the pool area at my home was amazing! They went above and beyond what they promised , and would strongly recommend their service ! Thanks guys

Locust Hill did a wonderful , efficient job on my fall clean up. I highly recommend them .

Expensive project completed by family member other than owner. Shoddy workmanship due to owner’s unavailability for prolonged periods of time. Never again and would not recommend whatsoever. Attempts to correct issues in a nice manner met with defensive and angered responses by family member. Chris Verdi was an exceptional manager in the initial stages of our project, then unfortunately, left the business along with his talent, which was quite unfortunate for us.

I recently had Locust Hill Landscaping install walkways and a new landscape at my home. I was given an estimate and technical drawing before work began and I loved the concept that they came up with for my home. Work began on the day it was scheduled and it was completed in a timely fashion. The job was done with care and I'm very pleased with the results. I would recommend Locust Hill Landscaping to anyone looking for quality professional landscaping at a fair price.

Fantastic company with a great crew. They were very meticulous with their work. They cleared our flower beds (we have many and they are large, mulched, built us a beautiful wall around one of large landscaped hill. replaced draines around our landscaping and made sure everything notonly looked good, but was done correctly to not cause us drainage issues.down the road. I HIGHLY recommend this business for anyone looking to have landscaping done by a real professional. Oh and they have great Christmas trees too :)

Your snow plow driver cut off cars coming out of somebody's driveway on Franklin rd, at around 8:10am.

Great service. Much appreciated.

How this company is still in business is beyond my mind.... When they worked on my property, they were extemely unprofessional and come to find out that they charged me 300% more than Eastern Security in Syracuse did...

I am so thrilled with this company. I called on Monday and had two men here on Wednesday. They installed a new bathroom light with vent for me. Both men we kind and efficient gentlemen and cleaned up everything before they left. They will be my go to elections from now on!

I called Elite on a Tuesday morning and Steve and Billy were on site within half an hour. They were knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Elite to anyone in Cayuga County and they will be our electrical contractors from here on out.
