We had a flooded basement on a Friday night. Among other things the flood destroyed our old water heater. Nothing like spending all day mucking out the basement without being able to take a shower! We called Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning on Sat morning, and they sent Jason Burchard to install a new one. Jason arrived that day (Saturday), even though he had to travel to another city to pick up an appropriate water heater. It was installed well, and exactly how we wanted it before the day was through. Jason was capable and courteous. We are grateful, and recommend him without reservation.

Timothy did a great job, found out the problem and got my furnace running plus all the extra inspections. Very much appreciated, I will be using them from now on to do my furnace inspections and maintenance. Thank you

since 2022 when I worked in a machine shop, my hot water tank has been randomlyy boiling the hot water it is beyond scalding. Isaac has been here a dozen time some under contract and it still not fixed. besides the fact my electric
bill is 2000 dollars and my gas bill is up to 800 bucks and if one of my kids get burned from this wont be good for yall. I have video of boiler acting up that i even sent managers teo years ago they never come while problem exsists always days later and by then i had to turn off breaker reset system and drain 180 plus degree water out my tank costing me tons of money! also my kid here sometimes while on school break im afraid of tank blowing up will somebody please fix this
already or give me number to small claims and yall can pay for the high utility bills

Jason was great, very helpful in explaining how our Mitsubishi units work and maintenance I can do on my own to help keep them as clean as possible due to allergies. He answered all my questions and before leaving he was so nice to ask me if I had any other questions. A very knowledgeable, cordial professional.

Mekhi was a phenomenal technician and did a great job with our annual furnace maintenance. He explained what he did and that everything looked great! Assured me I had no CO worries and all! Definitely a 5 star tech! Thank you for your service.

The mechanic showed up shortly after our call after hours. He narrowed down the possible cause of our problem. Assured us we were in no danger and took steps to get us on the schedule early the following day for a deeper dive.- will follow up the review after tomorrow’s appt.

Here’s the follow up- the tech showed up as promised and got right to finding the source of the problem. After an hour and a half we feel the problem should be resolved.

Mekhi was really professional and polite. He came to do the maintenance on our furnace today. He answered all of my questions and explained in details what he was doing. He also went over services that Isaac offered.

coldest weather to date, woke up today with no heat and called Issac's Heating. They came today by 2 pm ( due to cancellation) and was told the 4 microfarad capicator needed replacement and he did not have one. Said he might be able to get one by Monday. By the time he left all the heating and electronic stores were closed. He made no attempt to find out if another repair truck had one available, just left

Chad and Dillion were great. They arrived within 10 minutes of their call (as Chad said they would), and I don't think it took them over 2 hours to get everything out and in. Just amazing. they were very kind and nice to my (obnoxious) bitty barker. Thank you!!

I needed furnace maintenance done and Isaac sent Mekhi Green who was very polite and professional. He was there when he said he would and did a fantastic job. Thank you Mekhi and Isaac for all you've done for us.

Jacob from Isaac Heating and Air came right out when our furnace died on one of the coldest days of the year. He provided options and helped coordinate the installation of a new system (including providing temporary heat sources). Thanks again to everyone involved, I highly recommend them.

Timothy came to inspect a gas fireplace and indoor grill. Both had been capped and needed parts. He also educated me on where to find my AC filter and gave me maintenance suggestions. Very professional and pleasant.
