He showed up when he said he would, evaluated the situation, gave me a proposal which I found acceptable and completed the job in a timely fashion. He even cleaned up, left no mess. Next time I need a plumber will definitely call him back

We had a “rotten egg” smell coming from the basement whenever our ejector pump would come on. Andy combed through all the pipes, spent pretty much the whole day trying to solve the problem. He took his time and explained to me everything that was going on and I appreciated that. Andy is Very professional and goes above and beyond!

Called them up to repair a burst pipe the day after the coldest night of the year in Long Island and they were able to come by that day and resolve my issue.

Very professional and did a great job. I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Andy. He was a true professional from the outset. He is knowledgeable, confident and conscientious. His follow through is excellent. When I wanted him to come back and ensure that the leak/problem had been fixed, he was here quickly. I would use him again without hesitation.

Had to replace an expansion tank that required additional effort due to its location. Andy arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation, quoted me a price that was beyond reasonable and completed the job in a timely manner. He even completed some additional work at no cost, (cleaned the inside of the furnace) just because it was bothering him that a furnace cold be so dirty. Andy enjoys the work and takes pride in his job!

I had heat. Just a leaking valve. Now after fixing the leak, I no longer have heat. 470 bucks. And now an estimate of 1600 to have heat again. I would of rather kept my leak and had heat. Overpriced. Do not recommend.

We recently needed a plumber to install a new instant hot water dispenser, install a new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser, and fix a longstanding shower issue. Relying on recommendations from Google and a local listserv, we reached out to Flow Rite. Andy Smith responded quickly, correctly analyzed the problems and resolved them in a timely and professional manner. Observing Andy's work ethic at close range (albeit masked), we readily saw that Andy is a meticulous perfectionist who clearly takes pride in his work. He is also a gentleman. We heartily recommend Andy without hesitaiton.
