I found best choice to be very efficient, honest, and great to work with!

Came on short notice. Arrived in about one hour which is what he promised. Diagnosed the problem, checked out the boiler and relite the pilot light.

Chad has replaced our furnace and had also done some other minor repairs. He is always very responsive, clean and efficient. We always know what exactly is going to be done and gives us quotes before he starts the job. We would recommend Chad to anyone who is in need of furnace repair.

Came out quickly, diagnosed and repaired after getting the parts needed within a few hours. Very upfront, honest, professional and pricing was reasonable. Definitely would hire him again.

Chad, owner of Best Choice Heating and Air is the best. I called him for no Air Conditioning, he came out the very next day. He took his time listening to what I had to say, looking over the problem, and then giving me options for repair/replacement. He is honest and trustworthy. Our new furnace (less than 2 years old) died 6 am, New Years' Day, 2025. Being new to the area, I didn't know who to call. I took a chance and called Best Choice and I am SO glad I did! They were there the same morning and left two ceramic space heaters to keep us from freezing. (Western NY...NOT a tropical garden spot in Winter) The part was unavailable because of the holiday, but the next day, the unit was fixed and pumping heat. Not only was the ignitor shot, when it went, it took the control board with it. Luckily, they had that part on the truck so we were good to go! I cannot stress enough how wonderful it is to have someone competent and reliable (as well as being very kind) in an emergency. Best Choice was amazing great and we highly recommend them.

Our technician was extremely knowledgeable about heating systems. Work was thorough and done properly while also timely. Very polite and personable, cleaned up all materials and debris.

Best choice is a small company that offers more personal interaction than other big name companies. I like to support small businesses. Chad was professional and very knowledgeable of his job. I had a tuneup and when finished he explained in detail the work done in laymen terms I actually understood. Assured me all was good for the winter. Chad offers a senior discount which I am always grateful for. He offered to change my filter if for any reason I could not. Tore a ligament in my knee and have been depending on friends to change it. My furnace wouldn’t ignite so I called Chadd at Best Choice and he was able to come next day and diagnose the problem. He had to order the part but had it next day and returned to get it up and running! He even gave a 30 day warranty on the part and his work. Chadd is polite, efficient, and gets the job done. And he used to work for Turnbull so he knows what he’s doing! So, if you ever had Turnbull service your furnace or ac and you need a technician now - Call Chadd @ Best Choice!!!

My AC went out last night, called Best Choice this morning at 7am. Got a call back 10 mins later. Scheduled a service for later that day.
The tech arrived on time and was extremely professional, and friendly. Diagnosed the problem, and even took the time to walk me through what he was doing to help me understand the system better for the future. He had the necessary part available and had us up and running in about half an hour. Price seemed fair, service all around was great. I'm overall very pleased and would recommend the company.

When my furnace died over the winter a good friend of mine recommended Best Choice heating and AC. Now I am recommending them, they did a great job of removing and installing my new furnace and AC unit. The installation was very well done with great attention to detail on the piping and wiring that the installers of my prior furnace lacked. Also we felt very comfortable having them in our house as they were very respectful!! Give them a call if you need Furnace or AC work at a very reasonable price you won’t regret calling them!

Right from the beginning Chad was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and honest! Definitely not out to just make money. Replaced my entire HVAC unit and so reasonable. Top class. I called a competitor first. They weren't exact friendly and basically let me know they didn't have time for me. Called Best Choice and they were here within a few hours. Contacted Best Choice to get my furnace checked over before winter. Setting up an appointment was simple and Chad came right when he said he would. Chad was super knowledgeable and gave suggestions and things to look out for in the future. He was not pushy or trying to upsell anything. Also he was clean and professional looking, more often then not contractors seem to look like they just got out of prison! Chad was also very patient with my kids talking to him. I’m glad we found Best Choice and they will be my only call from now on!
