My AC went out last night, called Best Choice this morning at 7am. Got a call back 10 mins later. Scheduled a service for later that day.
The tech arrived on time and was extremely professional, and friendly. Diagnosed the problem, and even took the time to walk me through what he was doing to help me understand the system better for the future. He had the necessary part available and had us up and running in about half an hour. Price seemed fair, service all around was great. I'm overall very pleased and would recommend the company.

When my furnace died over the winter a good friend of mine recommended Best Choice heating and AC. Now I am recommending them, they did a great job of removing and installing my new furnace and AC unit. The installation was very well done with great attention to detail on the piping and wiring that the installers of my prior furnace lacked. Also we felt very comfortable having them in our house as they were very respectful!! Give them a call if you need Furnace or AC work at a very reasonable price you won’t regret calling them!

Right from the beginning Chad was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and honest! Definitely not out to just make money. Replaced my entire HVAC unit and so reasonable. I use to call a local company for all of my furnace/AC needs but not anymore! I was impressed with Chad’s professionalism and his quality of work. Highly recommended!

I had been dealing with another company for approximately 7 weeks. I messaged best choice and received a reply almost immediately. We set up a day for them to come and check everything out. They were able to come out the following day to do all the work. Extremely kind and friendly. Super easy to work with and great response time with any questions. Top class. I called a competitor first. They weren't exact friendly and basically let me know they didn't have time for me. Called Best Choice and they were here within a few hours. Contacted Best Choice to get my furnace checked over before winter. Setting up an appointment was simple and Chad came right when he said he would. Chad was super knowledgeable and gave suggestions and things to look out for in the future. He was not pushy or trying to upsell anything. Also he was clean and professional looking, more often then not contractors seem to look like they just got out of prison! Chad was also very patient with my kids talking to him. I’m glad we found Best Choice and they will be my only call from now on!

Amazing! Chadd is such a nice, friendly worker. My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night, so I called early and left a voicemail, he called me back immediately and was able to come check it out within a half hour! He also drove out to Rochester to get the part that he needed and came back same day to fix it all before 1pm!!! AMAZING company could not be happier with the results and customer service!

Chadd and his staff were great to work with. I contacted Chadd about a leaking pipe; he came out the very next day to fix it. We would recommend Chadd to anyone and will be using him in the future.

Chadd Shelley from Best choice was extremely knowledgeable about my furnace and he was on time for our cleaning appointment. He was very kind and friendly 😊 He walked me through every step he was completing and he answered all of the questions I had for him. He had to leave me to get some parts from his warehouse and was back within ten minutes to finish his work. He eas very efficient and cleaned up his work as recent. I had a fast drip appear on a Friday in my 58 yr old boiler. I called Best Choice and Chad was checking out my leak within the hour. By the following Wednesday I had a new boiler. Professionally installed in about 6 hours, mess cleaned up and every step was explained in detail. very satisfied.

Chad and Tom were very responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. They laid things out for me in a way that I could understand and were very reasonable in their terms and pricing. They were unbelievably fast in getting the boilers installed considering that it was October we had no heat. I would recommend them to anyone. They were even very professional when they got thrust in it to an argument between my tenants.

I called.Best Choice out of the blue not knowing anything about them when another company was gonna take too long to do a replace of furnace & Chad came out that night after another job & gave me a quote & did the job next day. Along with Chad is his Father & Brother & they are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Also very respectful of my place & did what they could to be clean & tidy not leaving a mess behind. I would highly recommend Best Choice & give them a try. Once you meet Chad I think you'll go with them like I did.
