Constraction reviews in Bayside, New York

Great experience from start to finish! Stenco made the remodeling process stress-free. My home looks brand new.

Hired Stenco Construction to do my kitchen and bathroom. There are no words to describe how good the outcome is. The tiling is amazing! My bathroom looks opulent and my kitchen tedious. The owner, Zam, is a really nice and calm guy. He completes his tasks and thoroughly explains the processes. Stenco is trustworthy, neat, and gets the work done quickly, I recommend them 100%!

Stenco Construction did an outstanding brickwork job on my home in Brooklyn, NY. Their attention to detail, especially in the tuckpointing, was truly impressive. The craftsmanship and professionalism shown by the team exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend Stenco Construction to anyone looking for high-quality masonry or general construction services. I'm a very satisfied customer and a big fan of their work!

I give this company 5-stars. Zam came over for a walk-through of the entire house and provided detailed information of what needed to be done. From his experience, he provided ideas for the renovation that we didn't though of. The quote for the job was clear and complete, and the cost was very fair. Zam is honest and sincere, and we strongly recommend him for home renovations.

first project and we learned you need someone extremely knowledgeable to navigate the many DOB rules and regulations. Zam is an EXPERT! He is very professional, ethical, and responsive throughout the project. He worked closely with whole team and developed our Safety Procedures and on-site Document Collecting. He is extremely knowledgeable and quite easy to work with. This crazy year, zam was there for us making sure the site was safe and secure. He delivered what his firm said they would deliver. They always do what’s right for the customer and adhering to the DOB R&R. Zam takes his responsibilities personally and is proud of his efforts. He saved us time and tens of thousands of dollars in unnecessary expenses. He has my highest recommendation.

Omg 😍 I love my new kitchen it is so beautiful. Zam the owner of the company was such a nice guy, professional, amazing and punctual of the many services he provides for my home . I normally do not do google reviews , however he deserves all 5 stars for this amazing remodeling.
He provided the materials and all I had to purchase was the appliances for my new kitchen . He helped with the amazing blueprint and great color scheme. My home finally feels like a home I can truly enjoy. I even hired him to design my laundry room. I recommend him for all of your home improvement services and ideas .
