best General Contractor in new york City we love stenco Team Thanks For our Home Renovations

Best Construction Company in Town.highly recommended they did Good job in our Full House zam and his team very respectful and helpful peoples .thanks Guys

We had a major renovation, his team worked beyond our expectations. I highly recommend him as your GC.

I would definitely work with this company again! We closed on our house when I was 8 months pregnant, obviously we were in a rush to complete the remodeling and the main decision making point besides cost was speed. Zam was extremely responsive, he not only informed me of the progress but also brought up issues on time, with several options for solutions. Lastly when we spotted an issue with any of the projects, the team was quick on fixing it.

They replaced flooring, remodeled bathrooms, painted the entire house, remodeled the basement and modified our main room (created walk-in closet) as I asked for it.

My only recommendation when working with this team is to discuss and agree upon everything at the beginning to avoid misunderstandings.

Amazing attention to detail perfect finishing talented crew guiding every step results better than expected

Technician did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. The craftsmanship is outstanding!

Zam and stenco Team are true professionals and men of their word. The quality of workmanship is second to none and I would recommend them to all, without reservation.

Pictures are worth a thousand words - check out the attached images and you'll understand how happy we are to have chosen stenco

As a testimony of quality and beauty of their work, no sooner had they completed the job, our neighbors, who had been observing from their homes, walked over to compliment us and to thank us for hiring a contractor that did such a wonderful job without disturbing the peace and
quiet on our street and leaving the job site in cleaner condition than when they started.

Don't even think about hiring anybody but only Stenco Construction you will not be disappointed.

Stenco General Construction delivers exceptional quality and professionalism in every project. Their team is reliable, efficient, and ensures timely completion without compromising standards. Highly recommended for all your construction needs!

Zam is an EXPERT! He is very professional, ethical, and responsive throughout the project. He worked closely with whole team and developed our Safety Procedures and on-site Document Collecting. He is extremely knowledgeable and quite easy to work with.

From design to finish, Stenco was responsive, reliable, and transparent. Our basement renovation came out fantastic, and they even finished ahead of time.
