I hired Clutter Free Junk Removal to clear out my deceased sister's apartment. I met Bonni for an estimate and she was courteous and professional. She understood the trauma I was going through and was very helpful. She gave me the sense that I wouldn't have to worry and she was right. Excellent from first to last. My husband’s office of 20+ years needed a total clean-out. Tatiana and Bonni in the Clutter Free office worked with me on timing and pricing, always taking my schedule and budget into account and always quickly responding to any questions. Raul made a separate trip to see the job to estimate it. I appreciated the fact that, unlike with franchise operations, I didn’t have to agree on the spot or risk a higher price if I decided later. The estimate was fair and competitive. Clean-out went better than I could have imagined. The crew showed up on time, worked tirelessly and finished in about 5 hours. They were pleasant, efficient and respectful. They wouldn’t let me do a thing, (like move boxes, sweep) even making sure I went into a different room when they swept up so the dust wouldn’t bother me. From talking with the crew, I learned that they like working at this family-owned company and it definitely showed in their work. If I ever need another cleaning job, I would hire them in a second.

I highly recommend this company. Recently hired them to do a major clean out of a house. Lisa is the first person that you will speak with to set up the appointment with the owners for an estimate. Lisa is extremely competent and thorough. She’ll address all your questions and concerns. Raoul, one of the owners, will come, assess your situation and give you an estimate. I felt the estimate I was given was fair and reasonable. On the day of the clean out Bonnie, also one of the owners arrived with the requested number of men. She assessed the situation and then assigned everyone to a task. Bonnie is a pleasure to work with. She made an unpleasant job much easier and sometimes it was actually fun working with her. She’s friendly and very adept at what she does, she’s a terrific organizer and helps you get through what can be an overwhelming job. Her team of men are ready, willing and able to do any job you ask of them big or small. They were all friendly and fun to work with especially Junior. He was my favorite (and I hope he gets to read this, hi guy!). Bonnie remained upbeat no matter how overwhelmed. I became. Can’t say enough good things about Bonnie and her team. I chose them at random from the Internet website, but I’m so glad I did. This company‘s level of competence and efficiency impressed me.
